What do i do if i dont know what email i used when i set up my webroot

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

 

Didn't you have to use an email address to sign into the forum? If you think you know it  then you can log into the Account Console and say you can't log in. As shown below

 

Follow the instructions below to reset your password or security code.

    1. Click here to access the management website.
 


  1. Click on the "Can't log in?" link in blue next to the Log In button.

  2. Select if you would like to reset your Password or Personal Security Code.

  3. Enter your email address in the box provided.

    If after entering your email address you receive a message stating, "Your account has not been activated," you can have the activation email resent to you. Click the Resend Email button and follow the instructions in the email. If you need assistance confirming your account, click here.
 

 

 

If this doesn't help then your best bet is to call Support during normai working hours M-F.

Or maybe ? who works in the back office can check this out for you? Nic will be in the office tomorrow morning.But  I am not positive he can authenicate this or not.

I looked up the email you used for your community account and it doesn't look like that is it as there are no keycodes linked to it.  If you PM me your keycode I can look it up and see what email address is associated.
