when I put in the new keycode- it keeps going back to the old one & telling me my subscription has expired.

Can you tell me if this is a Best Buy version? What store may I ask did you purchase Webroot from?

 

Is your old Webroot Bestbuy too?

 

If both are BB versions then you

 can replace an existing keycode with a new one by performing the following steps:

 

- Open Webroot SecureAnywhere and click the My Account link at the bottom left side of the screen

- On the My Account screen click the link for Activate a New Keycode.

- Enter your keycode in the field provided and press Activate.

 

Or you can do this to activate Webroot.

 

Log back into your Account.

• Once logged in, click your email address at the upper right hand corner.
  
• Select "Manage Keycodes" from the drop down
  
• In here you can add a Keycode.
  
• Use they Keycode on your device to activate it on the device

If your old version of Webroot is not a BB. Then you will need to uninstall and reinstall  Webroot. with the New Webroot. For Webroot version and Best buy versions are different .

 

Edit: Note: Currently, if you use the Password Management feature, support will need to assist you in this process to retain functionality   Please contact support for assistance in associating your account to the proper keycode.
