- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE) Let us know if it is the Mac version you need.
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if asked to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again

Thanks so much for your reply. I had also contacted Webroot Support and they answered back with a solution that so far has helped: Note below what they told me to do. Thanks again, I will keep copy of your instructions also. bds
YOU MAY NEED TO RESTART THE WEBROOT.
FOLLOW BELOW STEPS TO RESTART:
To Shut down Webroot
1. Right-click the Webroot system tray icon. This is typically located next to the clock display.
2. In the context menu that appears, click "shut down protection".
3. If asked to confirm whether you want to shut down Webroot, click "yes". If prompted, complete the CAPTCHA window
and click Enter.
To Start Webroot manually:
1. Click the Start button or Windows icon.
2. In Programs or All Programs, navigate to Webroot SecureAnywhere.
3. In the Webroot SecureAnywhere directory, click Webroot SecureAnywhere. The SecureAnywhere program opens.
This should resolve Filtering Extensionb problems.
