After recently purchasing and installed SecureAnywhere on multiple devices I noted that one of my mobile phones is reporting "Lost Device Protection disabled" from the web control panel "About" tab, however when I navigate to "Security Status" tab Lost Device Protection shows "Enabled". All other modules and function work fine. The phone is a Motorol Droid RAZR running Android 4.1. Any thoughts and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, and welcome to the Webroot forums!
Go into your phone settings - security - device administrators. Make sure that Webroot is checked so that it is a phone administrator.
If that does not work make sure you have turned your phone off then back on.
If that still does not work, unstall then reinstall Webroot on the phone, making sure to enable the Allow as Administrator when it asks.
Let us know if this helps!

Thanks Corey. I checked all settings and confirmed they were set properly. Once I uninstalled and re-installed (downloaded free mobile version and then upgraded to mobile complete during registration) everything checks out and issue is now resolved. Many thanks for your assistance.
