Hello ?,
Welcome to the Webroot Community
If you already have Webroot installed and you are using the same version of Webroot you will not need the disk.
Please use these instructions to apply your new keycode to your software and update your subscription information:
1. Open the Webroot program and click the gear icon next to "My Account."
2. Enter your keycode in the field provided under "Activate a new keycode” and click "Activate."
3. If a scan starts automatically, allow the scan to complete.
To see our user guide page of these steps, including images, please click here.
This should update your program and there is nothing further you need to do.
Hope this resolves your issue and if not please get back to us,
KInd Regards,
