I CAN'T GET PASSWORD TO TURN GREEN AFTER SETTING UP AN ACCOUNT

Can you be a little more precise as to exactly where Passwords is not green?  Is it in the Account Console, the Webroot icon in  your browser, or within the main screen of WSA itself?

 

You have set up an Account, but did you also give that Account permission for Password use?  To check, log into the Console and then:

 


  • Click your email address at the upper right corner
  • Select Manage Users
  • Click the Edit icon for the user you need to have Password permissions enabled
  • Click the Permissions tab
  • Make sure a check mark has been placed at the bottom next to Passwords.
