May I ask for clarification as to what the password you want to reset is related to? The Community? The Password Manager?

I am going offline but one of the other members will be able to help you out I am sure, in my absence.

 

But just in case the Password to be reset relates to the Password Manager/Web Console please follow the instructions below to reset that password.  Click here to access the management website and then:

 

1. Click on the "Can't log in?"link in blue next to the Log In button.
   
   

   

   
    
   
2. Enter your email address in the box provided.
   
   

   

   
    
   
3. If answered correctly, you will be sent an email with a link to reset your Password.  Click the link in the email to reset your credentials. Once this is done, you should be able to log in normally.
