Since renewing webroot subscription, the green tick (or red) bubble next to the website title has not been coming up at all.
How can I get it back?

Would you check and see if the Webroot Filtering Extension is enabled in your browser(s)? If you do not know how to do that then please advise as to which browser(s) you are you using, and we can provide guindance.
Having said that in some circumstance an uninstall/clean reinstall of WSA will fix this issue.
If you would like to try that then please follow these instructions closely.
Uninstall WSA from Programs/Tools/Uninstall or from the Add Remove Programs Control Panel applet, then reboot.
To install WSA:
If that does not resolve the issue then you can also Submit a Support Ticket, for the Support Team to get involved and look to help you out. This is a free of charge service for users with an active subscription.

- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example:SA69-AANA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if asked to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
