Welcome to the Webroot Community!

 

If you are trying to reset the "Total scans" and "Threats removed" count that appears on the main screen please do the following;

 

Open Webroot and click on gear next to Utilities.

 

 

On the next screen click on the Reports tab, then select View Statistics button.

 

 

At the bottom of the screen is the Reset button. This will reset all of your scan/threat and protection statistics.
