Hello resu583,
Welcome to the Webroot Community.
I'm assuming that you bought a new copy of Webroot instead of renewing your old subscription, and therefore received a new keycode. So in this case please do the following:
Open Webroot interface and click on the gear next to My Account.
?
Then enter the NEW keycode into the box provided and click Activate. This should resolve the problem.
?
Hope this info helps. Please let us know either way.
Thanks,
BD

Hi resu583
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Hopefully what BD has suggested has resolved the issue for you?
However, if I may add...you have posted in the Complete Forum so in case you do indeed have the Complete version of WSA and you have 'pseudo' renewed, i.e., rather than add time to your existing subscription you have purchase a new one (I am basing this on the need to enter a new keycode) then there are a couple of things to be aware about as a result, if you use either the Password Manager and/or the Backup & Sync features of this version:
Of course, if you have the Antivirus version then there is no issue but if you have the Internet Security Plus version which has the Password Manager feature then the above applies.
I hope that the above is of assistance?

- Access to these features and the data associated with them, especially in the case of the Password Manager, is keyed on amongst other things, the keycode. As a result entry of a new keycode will mean that as and when you try to access the Password data or the Backed Up data, you will be unable to as yo are now running under a new keycode.
- If the above is the case, and you do not want to lose this data, then you need to act quickly. You need to Open a Support Ticket providing the Support Team with your previous keycode, your new keycode and the email address you registered with, and ask then to transfer the data from the previous to the new keycode. You only have a 30 day grace period to do this after which the data will be irretrievable/you will have lost it.
Of course, if you have the Antivirus version then there is no issue but if you have the Internet Security Plus version which has the Password Manager feature then the above applies.
I hope that the above is of assistance?
