When I go to the "cloud" within the PC security section I have two red glaged files. How do I get rid of them?
Hi seniordude

Welcome to the Community Forums.

If I understand you correctly you are seeing in the online console, some red flagged files? If that is the case then I suspect that these are files that have been quarantined by WSA locally.

Click on the gear/cog symbol to the right of the PC Security tab in the main app panel of WSA, and on the next panel displayed click on the Quarantine tab. If I am correct you should see the files showing as quarantined, and from there you have the choice to leave them alone, remove them permanently from your system or restore them.

If you do not know them to be malicious or safe then I would leave them be. But if you know them to be good, i.e., they are in Quarantine as a result of a False Positive detection then you can restore them. If known to you to be bad...you can delete them.

If I am incorrect and the above does not helpmthen please post back with more information as to you issue.

Thanks for the response. I went back to the page that shows all my computers (Secure Anywhere - PC security). It shows all of my computers but shows the desktop in red. I click on it and that is where I find the red flaged files. One file I reconize but not the other. When I click on the flaged file it gives me the option to clean it up. Even when I select it,  it doesn't go away. I never saw any gear that you mentioned. Such is my life with computers.
Hi seniordude

The gear/cog symbol that I mentioned is not in the online console but in the WSA client installed on your system. Open that so that you are displaying the main panel, look on the right hand side of the main panel for the PC Security tab, and tomthe right of that is the gear/cog   symbol I am referring to. Click on that and then follow the instructions I provided in my previous post. :D
