Hello glenwood,
Welcome to the Webroot Community,
If you have Webroot installed with a previous subscription and purchased a new keycode, please follow the steps below to activate a new keycode.
Once the scan has completed, you should see the new keycode under the My Account section of the User Interface.
Please look here to add a keycode to your Online Account if you'd like. To add keycodes, you must have Admin permission.
Also if you have Password Manager you will need to contact Support to transfer your passwords to your new keycode.
If you still need assistance then please Submit a Support Ticket free of charge and they will gladly help you!
Hope this helps?
