I have placed uv4.exe the executable in the (PC Security->Settings->Block/Allow Files)
And copy paste (both key commands AND menu commands) don't work. Well, I think copy works, I don't think Paste works.
The only way I get this to work is if I disable Shield.

I believe that there is a bit more than meets the eye here.
It is likely that Webroot is monitoring one of these programs and that is why we are seeing this issue occur.

Thanks. I've opened a ticket. Once we figure out what is going on, I'll come back here and update.
I found your ticket, I have whitelisted your logs including the Keil IDE. Please run a deep scan to confirm my changes, then try the program again.
1. Open SecureAnywhere and click the 'cog' beside 'PC Security'.
2. On the Scan & Shields tab, select Custom Scan.
3. Select deep scan from the Customized Scan Window and Click Start Scan
This will start a Deep Scan of your system. This should help with the issue you are having with your software.
