I had some problems with my laptop and reinstalled Windows 11 to factory settings a few times and reinstalled Webroot Anywhere. Now, the Security Summary shows that Webroot is protecting 3 devices but it’s the same laptop.

Is there a way to remove two of them to show that there is only one device protected? Also, I might want to install Webroot on two more PCs, Will I still able to do that, even though the Security Summary shows that 3 devices are protected.

I have the Webroot SecureAnywhere Internet Security Plus for 3 devices.

Hello @CT2023

You have to look closely and Deactivate the older ones: https://docs.webroot.com/us/en/home/wsa_website_userguide/wsa_managementwebsite_userguide.htm#UsingPCSecurity/DeactivatingPCs.htm

Have a look here if you don’t have an online account: https://community.webroot.com/news-announcements-3/webroot-carbonite-online-account-changes-faq-351601

HTH,

Thanks for your reply.

Webroot Customer Support just informed me that currently with the new management portal, there is no way to remove the devices.  All I can do is hide devices.  I’ll have to wait to see if this changes in the future.
