We had a trial license which I used to scan a few computers and then after the trial expiration, we purchased an enterprise license. Do I really have to unintall and reinstall on all computers? It would be a lot easier just to modify the key somehow...

Hello bbnewbie, Welcome to the Webroot Community Forum. :D
There are two ways to apply your Webroot keycode:
1. Apply it as part of the installation process: http://anywhere.webrootcloudav.com/zerol/wsainstall.exe
2. If you already have the program installed you can follow these steps to apply a keycode to the existing installation:
- Open SecureAnywhere and click the gear icon next to My Account.
- Enter your keycode in the field provided under "Activate a new keycode" and click "Activate."
The keycode controlls the type of WSA to install on the computer. If you still have WSA installed, go with Step #2.

Thanks @ . When I attempted that the first time, I recevied an error. Maybe an end user changed a setting or turned the scan off. I'll go back and see if I can recreate the warning I received. Thanks.

@ and@ , the error I am getting is F2LC0056 Invaliud or Unknown Key Code . I only get the option to Activate, not Activate another keycode.
Maybe this will help!
In rare cases, you may receive this message when installing or activating a keycode:
Error FZLC0056 – Invalid or Unknown Keycode
If you receive this error, it is due to a delay in the activation process. Please wait approximately 5-10 minutes, then retry installing or activating your keycode. If you are still unable to install or activate, click here to contact Webroot Support.
