ibtsiva in system 32

Hey so my Intel Bluetooth (ibtsiva) is located in system 32 instead of program files I looked that up and apparently it's a virus in disguise. I want to make sure that this is not true, and if it is what do I do? Webroot has not detected it as a virus, but I'm asking here just to be safe. Thank you.

I have gotten help on Microsoft forums and figured out the file is legitimate, sorry. Thank you.
