Is anyone having issues loading targets into the phishing campaigns? I can load targets into the training, but not the phishing campaign. When I set up the phishing campaign it just does a continuous load on the targets page. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.
Webroot released an announcement in November 2020 that secure anywhere would support the Apple M1 processor I have been trying to install Webroot SecureAnywhere on my M1 based MacBookPro since November 2021 without any success. I opened a support ticket detailing the fact that Mac Agent v9.4.1.27 just hangs during the installation process. The response that I received was:“Hello, Thank you for contacting Webroot. M1 processors are not currently supported. Regards, Webroot Support” MacOS Monterrey v12.3MacBookPro 2021Processor: M1 Pro
I need to modify my subscription. I have now left 3 messages with Sales, and no response whatever. In addition, I raised a support ticket when the last DNS Threat Protection outage occurred, and have had no email response. Now 3 or 4 days.Phone Tech Support response, however, is fast enough. But I’m concerned about what’s going on at Webroot where reaching sales is such a problem. BTW have also left messages with Billing, and no callback from them either.
Hi, I'm not sure how this happened but a trojan has appeared on my computer. I have webroot already installed and even with this popup that appeared webroot didn't detect this trojan. I've downloaded the Microsoft safety scanner and ran a test, it removed a different issue: "VirTool:Win32/DefenderTamperingRestore". However, the popup below is still there: This is a screenshot of my webroot scan, it didn’t detect the trojan:Please may I ask what I should do?Kind regards,Ydn10
Does Webroot have the ability to scan my IoT devices for malware and vulnerabilities?Bitdefender and TrendMicro both offer this, Avast One probably does, but you have to go ‘premium’.Bitdefender found vulnerabilities in my BT Business Hub 6.
I want to login to my webroot account from the Internet select my mobile phone so as to send it commands because it is lost. However, the login sends me to a list of consoles and there are not any menu items to reach to mobile phone commands. Furthermore, my mobile phone is not listed even though I set it up using the same keycode. How can I fix this problem so I can access the standard Webroot SecureAnywhere screen?
Hey everyone,I am new to this community and I would just like to say hello and thank you in advance for any help. So here is the issue that I am having….. It seems as though webroot firewall, etc. is somehow blocking ALL smtp ports from my device. I have tried to look at some of these older articles about looking up the causes. Unfortunately I am not that tech savvy so I need a step by step list to follow. For example if I am trying to unblock port 25 or 465, etc. what do I look for in the active processes list to allow me to do such that. Again thank you very much in advance,Jason Conway
