Webroot Anywhere deletes download it says is safe?

Sorry if this is covered somewhere; I searched “download problems” and didn’t find anything similar.

I wanted to download “aTube Catcher” and checked its safety on the Webroot site: 

Encouraged by this, I went to the home site of aTube Catcher https://www.atube.me/ and selected the option to download the newest version (as shown in the banner at the top of the page): 

but each time I try, I get a popup from webroot telling me it’s malware: 

and it vanishes from my downloads:

So is atubecatcher safe? if it is, how can I download and run it?

It’s just detecting the Adware in the Temp Folder from the installer and you don’t need that crapware. Whenever you see exe.part it’s removing the unwanted adware.
