Today is International Clash Day. The Clash are one of my all-time favorite and influential bands. Here is one of my favorite songs by them.

Enjoy, :)

what I am listening , wow where to begin I do have a broad musical interest from classic rock to melodic black metal , from classic trance to early rave , from tribal techno to schranz.....it all depends on my mood ------> I am a terrible dancer , but my moods are swingin' 😃

My wife asked me if wanted to take salsa lessons , but I said thanks but no thanks 🙂 I have the movements of a wooden stick and at parties you will never ever see me on the dancefloor hahahaha....

When I first met my future wife I went to a dance with her wearing camouflage gear and steel toe capped boots, she still complains about her feet now LOL

Hello all
The last cd I listened to, as of yesterday was David Bowie Nothing has Changed the 3 cd set. It is darn good every time I listen to it. Kind of an old-timer I am but Bowie's music is among the group of artist that fall into the 'will span time' category.
     Bye
Jay known here as jay-l apologize to the existing Jay over any confusion.

No apologies needed, @. Thanks for sharing what you're listening to with us!
Bowie never died, he just checked out early for a bit:catwink:

There are about a million songs I could post that I listen to regularly, but I'll do this one since came on my Favorites playlist while I was writing this:catvery-happy:

Ther's a place where the records people left in the attic when they moved
cd's forgotten in the basement long ago
ones that got boxed deeply in a walk-in closet and forgotten about
songs that were eatin by tapes drives and scratched beyond repair at parties
somehow these forgotten and damaged items all find one new home
yep. they call it the library
a veritable treasure trove of tunes available to scratch the itch of the beckoning tune your senses call for.
By the way, if your library does not have it there is something called the interlibrary loan i borrowed Al Stewart's cd Year of the Cat from Idaho i think and i am in New York state. That was free of charge as in no shipping charge.
Maybe i will see you there when to my surprise I find another album that i lost years ago and somehow it ended up at the library.
I to once had the itch for the moody blues double cd greatest hits i'll be darned there it was all this time.
Have a good day all.
Jay-l

That was not too long before he committed suicide in 1990.
