In my MacBook Pro, I need to de-install Webroot application.  Please help.

How do I change the confirmed email for my account.  My current email will be ending next month and I need to get my new email registered.  Can't find anywhere that give's me the option to change just the email.  Do I need to create a new user?  Thks.

I can not get webroot open on my phone. I keep getting message saying kc doesnt match my account. But i have double checked and i typed the kc in right

Trying to install Webroot on Android. I have entered my username and password. But when I try to type in the passcode, I get (visible) uppercase letters.  This is a problem, particularly because when I try to enter a key requiring SHIFT, I get no response from the keyboard.  Suggestions please.

It"s been days of unsuccessful attempts to activate my console. I've tried modifying my account info (ie personal security code) Tech support is not available on weekends. I may have to wait until Monday, perhaps someone in the community has some helpful tips. HELP

I have recently entered a new keycode.  How do I delete the old keycodes lited on my account?

I am trying to find out how I can update my email address.  I submitted a ticket and support said I had to call Sales.  Well I am on hold for 15 minutes so far and still don't see how I can get my email address changed.  My old one is no longer used and I don't have access to it.   I have access to my account here but need all futher notifications to go to my new email address.

I don't know what to do to fix it. What should I do?

Password manager will not auto fill at varius wbsites I go to in  Microsoft Edge.  The webroot toolbar doesn't appear either.  All my websites and passwords tranfered from internet explorer.  Any help you can give me? Thanksin advance. Maggies friend/Jeff S.

I have Internet Security Plus installed on my laptop and want to intall it on my desktop as a secoond device but I can't figure out how to do it.

How do I add my laptop as my 2nd PC? Do I load the program using the disk then log in to my webroot account on that computer?

OK, here it is: After almost two years of enjoying WSA complete on my PC and Two different Android phones (both Motorolas), I am haveing an issue that I have not found addressed on the boards or any place else. Starting anout a mon th ago, when ever I try to access the password vault in SecureWeb (tapping the three dots to drop the menu down), I get the message that it has stopped working, with a choice of "OK" or "Report". After getting the advice to re-install WSA complete Mobile, and doing so, the menu was accessed succesfully ONE TIME. Deleted the entire mobile program again and re-installed again. AGAIN was able to get to the vault once. The password manager and mobile protection is a BIG reason for me choosing the "Complete" version. Please help, before I decide not to renew. Thanks, Greg

frustrated, just keeps redirecting me to the page to purchace, ive already done that. i just needed to renew it, not sure why its so complicated...  

So my webroot subscription expired between the last time i used my laptop and today. Icant connect to the internet (presumably because my protection was expired) however i could renew my subscription using the laptop (so i have some type of access), but when i try to put in the keycode to reactive it says it can't because there is no Internet access! I restarted the computer, and i tried uninstalling and reinstalling webroot bit I'm still stuck at the same place with entering the code. Please help.

I need to temporarily disable anti-virus & firewall in order to connect GPS (per manufacturer of GPS) & transfer files to computer. I can't seem to find anything in settings to do this, can anyone help me with this?

 Can I delete old key codes that I wont use anymore?

Everything works except the icon that is on the tool bar next to the address bar to enable the password auto fill is missing.  My guess I am missing an extention.  I'm use Chrome as my browser.

what does it mean if there is a yellow padlock over webroot icon in systems tray
