Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

Now why would you be trying to update Flash in Chrome and version 11 at that? Chrome has Flash built in and you can see here the latest Chrome always has the latest Flash update which is version 15: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Security-Industry-News/Google-Chrome-38-0-2125-104-Stable/td-p/159193 Also to check your version Click here to check your version Adobe Flash and see here: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Security-Industry-News/Adobe-Flash-Player-15-0-0-189-amp-Adobe-Air-15-0-0-293/td-p/158899

Thanks,

Hi djlibra

Welcome to the Community Forums.

If I may interject here in case you are still having the issue, either way we always like to get feedback, if you did not get the installer from the official Adobe website but rather from a 3rd party site it is possible that bundled software, that we in the Community refer to as PUAs (Potentially Unwanted Applications) is being detected and that is what WSA is flagging up.

So first thing is to follow Sherry's advice and retry the installation with the official installer, and if that does nkt work then do come back and we can go through some other options...sich looking at where WSA may be blocking the installation and how to get around that if you are happy that the installer that you are using is safe.

Hope that assits further?

Regards, Baldrick
