I have been running Windows Defender in Windows 10 with no problem until Webroot updated.  Now I Webroot will not scan on bootup and Defender is turned off.  Has anyone experienced this?

does Webroot provide security for Windows 7 desktop folders?

Hello, I want to download a program from a web site that I am not familiar with. I am concerned about introducing malware with the download. Is Soft32.com trustworthy? Of course, I can scan the download with Webroot before installing. Thanks Frank C

Upon logging on this morning, noticed that icon was already "on", didn't require the usual log-on.  None of my passwords are being automatically entered although all appear in Password Manager.  Did some setting get switched, what do I do to get the auto fill back on. Marilyn

I keep getting a message that says "waiting for extension Webroot Filtering Extension" when I try and go online the past couple of days.  This slows things down to a crawl, but only affects my notebook...not my iPad or Smartphone.  I run Webroot daily and it never finds a problem.  I have changed no settings since downloading and installing the program.  Any ideas?  Thanks

Webroot tells me that my subscription is expired even after I entered my new keycode that I just purchased.  It also tells me that the new keycode is already active, but I can not clean the threats from my computer.  What do I do next?

I updated from windows 8.1 to free windows 10. Does webroot take place of windows defender?

I run scans daily using the Webroot tool in my taskbar. However, I came across the need to log onto the actual Webroot site yesterday and it shows my computer bright red and says infected. I have more than once sent the command to scan and remove threats from the website and it still exists. Yet when I run the scan through the taskbar tool it says it is secure. Is there something I am doing wrong or don't understand. I don't like red!

Had a system error when i restarted my pc.  Had to reload everything which wiped out previously installed apps and that included webroot antivrus.  How do I re-install on the same pc? thanks

i will be romoving webroot from my computer. an un controled pop up is not acceptable  

I have 2 desktops with Windows and 1 iMac. my iMac is right now in the show on account of multiple viruses. Not a happy camper at all. Then when I click onto my account and look at teh prior scans its telling me no infection, on any of my computers. I am running programs on my 2 desktops now and have found several trojans. What the heck is going on. I purchased this program under the impression this would not happen.

Not sure if I should activate Windows Defender not that I have Windows 10.  Currently I have Defender on disable (off), but my system lets me know that it is off.  I know Defender has its limitations but if it is compatible with Webroot Complete, I would like to activate it.  Please advise

I run N1MM+ logging program for amateur radio activities.  When downloading updates to this program my computer will freeze.  My only solution is a long press on the 'On' button and then reboot. The computer runs XP, SP3.  The freeze occurs when the new program begins to start up.  I run the same program on a separate laptop running Windows 7, and there are no problems when updating the logging.  On the Windows 7 machine a panel will appear asking me to allow the logging program to access the internet, etc.  On the XP machine, no such warning panel appears; the machine simply locks up.  What do I need to do to all my XP machine to continue to enable updates to the logging program?  Please be explicit as possible.   Thank you,   w8hap

a program named CORRLINKS THA T I HAVE INSTALLED IS NOT WORKING WELL DUE TO THE ANTIVIRUS PROGRAM THAT I HAVE THAT IS PREVENTING THIS, HOW CAN IT GET FIXED?
