Community 101

Good evening all,   I just wanted to say hello to everyone and to say I’m very impressed by WEBROOT and its community. I’m a research scientist during the day, and a geek who loves to build, program, and especially play games on computers at night.  Hence my purchase of WSA for PC Gamers.  I’m looking forward to the growth and development of this fine piece of software and contributing to the group.   Thank you & keep up the good work.

Just changed from one internet provider to another. Could this be why my printer wifi is not working

I Am Joseph Bennett  email  (edited out for security reasons) I just loaded Autocad 2015 and it appears to work OK I tried to Load Sprinkcad And was getting kicked out and after several attempts I turned off webroot and loaded and used the program. Sprink Cad is a pigyback software used for designing and drawing Fire Sprinkler Systems

I'm so lost on this new windows, I have used XP for over 10 years and I am having trouble navigating windows 8.1

I am newly registered here. 79 yr old retirie from Fairview, NC  I am retired from the US Navy, and Biltmore Dairy Farms. Also Roseway Transportation.  I went to work at Biltmore Dairy, part time at the age of 12. Then full time at the age of 16. Joined the Navy at the age of 17. Served 8 years, 4 active duty and 4 ready reserve.  Back to Biltmore at the age of 21. Re-inlisted in the Naval Reserve at the age of 43 and retired from the Navy at the age of 60. I retired from Biltmore at the age of 50 when they sold out to Pet Dairy in 1985. I went to work at that time as a long haul truck driver and retired at the age of 62. Have been enjoying life since! I have enjoyed all my working years, but the most memorable were the 3 deployments to the Philippines and one to Adak, Alaska in the 1950's, and the deployment to Saudi Arabia during the 1st. Gulf War in 1991 and 1992.

Can anyone help me with a pop-up blocker for Chrome? I have been using Webroot for a long time and never had any problems with pop-ups till a couple months ago and now I can't even see the website I want to see for the pop-ups. I am an elderly woman using my computer at home. I am far from tech savy and I really would appreciate any advice, Thank you very much Pat

I recently had my PC repaired with an authorised engineer when it was returned it had Webroot installed. had somme 300 days indicated.  I'm not sure if this means I'm running out of time or not.  I'm impressed with Webroot.  I'm an elderly man on a small pension doing work for lacal charities.  Advice please       David Sims-Baker   <email address removed to preserve privacy> B
