Webroot Mobile

My Nexus 7 (Android 5.1.1) is flagging com.android.basicsmsreceiver as a trojan Android,Trojan.Gen.Heur   I've tried fixing it, but the uninstall is unsuccessful, and in the Apps list it is a stock android package.  It this a false positive, or should I be more worried?   Thanks, Dave

Hello,  I want to know why someone called  and alot sound in background typically for sales pitches.  I want to know is this a legitimit Webroot call ?? this guy wants to get into ny computer,  I find it suspicous and he did not identify himself to begin witj,  I had to ask several questions.  I have had  the program for almost a year.

Hi all,   My fiancee got a new phone a couple of weeks back, N820 from ebay. in the last week it has began to download porn apps and when I have installed the webroot antivirus for android on to the phone it says its found 10 threats, quarenteened 2 of these threat but unable to remove or do anything with the rest. We have tried reseting the phone mulitple times but to no avail. I am wondering if someone could give us a hand?   Thanks,   Paul

when trying to access webroot on my cell, samsung 5, i enter my email, my password and key code.  I keep getting an error message:  the key code you entered is not a webroot secure anywhere complete code.  you must be a webroot secure anywhere complete customer to use this version.  please double check the key code you entered. [wnotcpmpletekeycode(154)]."  I have verified it so many times.  my webroot version on my computer is 9.0.7.46.      This is very frustrating.  please help
