Webroot Mobile

Hello gang!   I hope everyone had great Holidays!   As you can see the above I created this account for the console because I will need to install the mobile version for my new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and a version for the Samsung Galaxy S tablet. I have never done this before so I have been reading here so I have a good idea of what I need to do.   Does it take some time for this account before it will be active? Right after I created the account and wrote everything down as I created it, I then logged out and tried to log back in and used exactly what I created the account with and it says its invalid. It basically doesn't recognize what I'm putting in. It puzzles me.    I punched in my full email address and then password etc. I wanted to get this setup because my daughter is coming tomorrow and we were going to put WSAC on the phone and the tablet. Do I need to pay extra fee for the license? Or can I use this sa

I downloaded it from Play Store, installed it, and now it is asking for my secure anywhere complete keycode. I don't have complete. I have WRSA for three computers for two years.

Webroot Mobile Security has dettected a criticl threat on my phone. When I follow the steps to uninstall it, it wont uninstall. How do I uninstall it.

I downloaded Webroot SecureAnywhere Complete to my iPhone and it works great.  When I log into my console on my PC it shows the computers I have protected but does not show that my mobile phone is protected.  I was just wondering why it is not showing up.  Thanks.

Hi friends. My first call for help from a new member.   I have added Secure Anywhere to my Samsung smartphone. On the device it shows: "You are protected,"  "No issues detected,"  "App configured for optimum security" and "Secure anywhere mobile complete."   However when I log in to my account on my pcs. (two, one running W7, one running Vista), there is no mobile device shown covered. Also no Webroot app is shown on the Samsung.   My questions are : is my mobile actually covered. and have I made an error in loading the software.    Hope someone can help.   Thanks. Arn. 

I successfully log into Webroot and it shows that I have one mobile device (tablet) protected. But when I installed on my Android tablet and enter my SecureAnywhere Complete Keycode (as it appears onthe email I received)  to login to account it gives me an error that "This keycode is not associated with your account...." Why is this happening?

need install instructions to Samsung S4 WRoot is already on my laptop.

I have a mobiletracker com.sec.android.app.mt virus that webroot cant uninstall.  It has placed my device in critical state.  

Does webroot play nice with other security apps like TrustGo which is on my phone. Or am I better off deleting other security apps to avoid conflicts?   Ed

Recent news articles pointed out that the Android OS has a flaw that enables any installed app to access information copied to the clipboard.  This presents a problem for virtually every password management program (e.g., Lastpass, Keepass).  See this link for more info: http://www.talkandroid.com/227369-password-managers-on-android-are-not-as-secure-as-one-would-think/ Note: I tested for and verified that this flaw exists by copying a newly created Login and Password that I stored in KeePass, and then using the proof-of-concept App (mentioned in the above article) ClipCaster to see if it could "capture" the data; it did.  In other words, password managment apps like Lastpass and KeePass store logins/passwords and allow users to copy them to the clipboard for easy entering into online forms, etc.

Why doesn't my renewed subscription cover my phone?  I renewed my subscription to Webroot's services online but when I try to update the copy on my smart phone it's requiring me to purchase it again.

The Kindle Fire HDX has a modified Android OS.   Question 1: Is Webroot Internet Security Complete compatible with Kindle Fire HDX OS?   Question 2: If Q1 is true, does the installation process differ (require a special installation script) from a normal installation to an Android device?   Thanks, Richard

Hello, I am holding an Android device running version 4.4.4 KitKat. I just upgraded the firmware and the manufacturer service center wipe and reloaded my android device and all datas and apps gone, and I need to reinstall everything again. However, I would like to purchase and upgrade from Webroot Premier Edition to the Webroot Security - Complete Edition. I already have a Webroot Premier account, and I am facing problems registering and logging in on my Android device. I would like to upgrade from Webroot Premier Edition to Webroot Security - Complete Edition. Please kindly assist and advise how could I do that as I could not purchase on the Google Play store. My Webroot Premier account's interface is difference from a normal account, which it does not have the option of "Manage Users" and "Manage Keycodes". Whenever I tried to login on my Android device, it prompted me errors and not able to proceed further. I do not wish to create
