my browser (firefox) is running slower and requiring 2 clicks to effect actions ever since i loaded webroot secureanywhere. anyone else having this problem?

My wife used webroot to run a scan for viruses and after she did so all of our emails, email folders, etc. disappeared.  Essentially, it erased Windows Mail.  I looked in the deleted folder and nothing is there.  Any suggestions appreciated.

I've got Pro PC Cleaner by Rainmaker on my computer and it doesn't want to "uninstall."  How can I get it off?

There is a malware on my computer that webroot is not removing.  I get the above message everytime I retart my computer specified module could not be found.

Is IBM Truster Endpoint Protection part of Webroot?

Webroot won't scan or show any account infor, etc.  When I try to scan, I get a default that says webroot cannot connect to the internet.  But I CAN connect to the internet with all other applications.  I have restarted a few times, but still get that message from webroot.

A file called Program showed up in the root of my c: drive on 2/1/15. Program properties describes it as Webroot SecureAnywhere. Can I delete the file without harming my Webroot installation?   -Marty

I NEED TO GET TO CERTAIN WEBSITES BUT I CAN NOT  YOUR SOFTWARE IS BLOCKING ME, THESE ARE WEBSITES CONCERNING MY MINISTRY AND OTHER BUSINESS CONNECTED

Forgive me if this has been addressed a gazillion times but...   After a scan has finished are the results available anywhere to view?   I see on the main screen that it has a running count how many scans have been performed and how many threats have been found since installing the software. Having a running total doesn't tell me what was found on the last scan as I don't always remember what the threat count was before hand.    I would really like to view each individual scan result before I save it or get rid it?       Possible?   and if not let's say im not at the computer when the scan is finished and I come back later and it shows scan was performed xx amount of time ago, where is the scan result?   At the very least I would think any threats it finds should automatically get put into Quarantine?

I was told when I purchased Webroot that it would not conflict with Norton.  Well, it does.  I called and was told that it was a Norton problem.  Had I known I would not have purchased Webroot and that is why I asked the question.  

I keep thinking I understand how to determine if a site is safe for me to visit or not... but I keep learning I know nothing.   So, my two part question is: Is the issue that some/many webpages in the domain are very dangerous, but the primary page is not? Whenever I try to download coupons or menus from restaurants, "security settings don't allow this" comes up on my screen.  How can I change the setting?

Its been over a year since I have used WSA.  I decided to use a trial license to see if the problems I had experienced were still present.  I was having issues with WSA silently blocking program updates, web page content not loading, Firefox not shutting down after closing it, and a slight performance hit.  I have been using the trial now for 2 days with NOD 32, AppGuard, and Online Armor. I have not noticed any performance impact, or experience any problems so far other than Firefox not shutting down once after closing it. It may not be related to WSA. Its running so light I really can't tell it's there.  I don't normally use this much security software at once so i'm really surprised i have not had any issues. My usual rule of thumb is to not use more than 3 security products at once, but i'm just trying it out for now.    

How do I connect another computer to Webroot?

There is residual ARCADE GIANT and a RunDLL still pops up on the screen (not on web browser).  I ran a search on C drive and found several files and folders with ARCADE in their name.  I was able to delete all but three of those, but the RunDLL still popsup.  I cannot get to the location where the RunDLL says it is located.  Even when I make sure there the hidden files are supposed to show.   How do I get rid of the RunDLL showing up?  Is there a way to deleted/get rid of the remaining files/folders that have ARCADE in their name?

We have a virus infection in an external hard drive that came from the primary hard drive of the computer and Webroot says they do not deal with this. WHAT do we do????
