How do I get it on my iPhone 5S. The app loads but it won't take my sign in creds

My Mac Book takes it fine with the sign up but can't get the I phone 5S to accept my sign in. I do have it for 3 devices. 
Thanks ahead for suggestions I have loaded the app on the phone.
