With this 1.1 release, Webroot SecureAnywhere Business Mobile Protection introduces the concept of User Group Management and Device Policy Enforcement. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please clear your browser’s cache before using the new 1.1 web management console. This release also requires that user’s device software is updated. NEW – Policies – Administrators now have the ability to create policies for both Android and iOS devices. For the Android operating system, settings available are for AV Shields (install, execution, files system, unknown sources, and USB debugging), AV Schedule, LDP, SMS Blocking, SecureWeb Browsing, and Password/Lock Screen strength. For the iOS operating system, settings are available for Passcode, Wi-Fi, VPN, Exchange ActiveSync, and Mail. We are now working on further feature enhancements on this based upon Community feedback we've received. In this release we are introducing brand new policy settings specifically for the System Cleaner and Identity Shield functions. With these new policy settings, we are releasing an updated version of the Agent so these new policies may be used. NEW - Identity Shield for non-Latin Systems - The default setting of this capability is 'OFF.' This allows an Administrator to run the Identity Shield in compatibility mode with non-Latin language based systesm and provide full keylogging protection. NEW - Identity Shield compatibility mode - The default setting of this capability is 'OFF.' PRODUCT UPDATE BULLETIN 13 – November 28th 2012 We are always looking at ways to improve the convenience and ease of use of the Webroot SecureAnywhere Management Console. The changes being introduced this week are all designed to further those aims. New: Reactivate Deactivated Endpoints – There is a new 'Reactivate' button in the toolbar within the 'Deactivated Endpoints' group, which allows you to restore a deactivated endpoint. Updates: Restore Multiple Items from Quarantine – Administrators can now select multiple files and restore them from Quarantine at the same time. Hyperlinked Infection Statistics – Allows immediate access via hyperlink to the infected endpoint(s). Console Switching – Rather than go back to the ‘Home Tab’ to switch management consoles, Administrators can now switch from within the current management console. Improved Report Filtering – All suitable reports now feature filtering by Group or Policy. This gives you a more granular view of your reports that is cust
