I've searched thru this site and read old messages but haven't found the answer I need.  If I've missed it, please forgive the duplication.    My web consiole says I have six computers protected when I really only have three protected.  The other three are older machines that no longer exist, and were replaced.  I cannot find a way to remove them from the web console with removing ALL of my computers from the list of protected computers.    Admittedly I don't really understand the purpose of the web console as I should be able to do most things from my devices.  For instance, Webroot is telling me that settings are being managed by the web console so that any changes I make on the computer will be changed the next time there is a database communication.  What the heck?  I'm the administrator.  I didn't change anything in the web console.  Why is it the boss? :D  

Recent versions of WRSA.exe are creating performance problems on my workstation during the daily scan, Sluggish / jumpy mouse, slow page loads, etc. WRSA.exe is consuming 90+ % CPU. This has just started within the last month. I see there's mention of a fix in the release notes for 8.0.4.27 but I am running that version and still seeing the issue. Short of moving the scan schedule to off hours, is there anything I can do?

I am sure this is a configuration issue but I can't find it, yet.  Here are the symptoms.   I can go to GoToMeeting to test connectivity and it says I'm successful. Open a link to a recorded webinar and then click "View Recorded Webinar", Windows Media Player starts but then states there is an error.  Help suggests a codec issue.... Shutting down Webroot allows the webinar to play. Shut down all applications and restarting Webroot and the webinar can be restarted and played.   PC Security View Active Connnections:  No process is blocked Quarantine: empty Block/Allow Files:  empty   Identity Protection Application Protection:   three apps listed (2 IE (in folder x86 and the other), and Keepass are listed, all are protect)   I know this is something done to myself.  Any suggestions?

This is a new computer that I installed Webroot on and while attempting to use the password manager I get this error code 10 with the reason (xmlhttperror) and have no idea what that means. Also, any type of assistance needs to be simply stated because I am not very technical in computer language. Thanks.

I am unable to get TextExpander to work on my macintosh due to secure input being enabled by WebRoot.    Can I not white list this application in some way on the mac? A previous https:///t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Complete/Text-Expander-software-Breevy-PhraseExpress-limitations/td-p/54706 on the forum was specifically related to Windows version of the software, so any help for this issue with mac users?

Hello,   Since this morning I cannot get correctly displayed our community site in Opera 12.16. Until yesterday everything was alright, it started today. I cleared cache and rebooted but to no avail. Opera 17 and IE9 shows the site correctly. Only Opera 12.16 displayes it wrongly. Didn't you make maintenance over the night or Lithium upgrade/adjustment?         Anyone else saw this in Opera 12?

I love the new Secure Anywhere!! It has already proved itself to me to be better then anything I"ve seen in the past. I also love the easy to access and navigate settings. Some other programs I'd tried were a complete nightmare trying to do anything. Keep up the good work. 😃

Just a suggestion, but I am sure I am not the only one who has had curiousity regarding the VIP rewards, and just what they look like.  Would it be possible to post pictures of the various items?  I love the rewards I have received, but I really had no idea what was being sent until it arrived.

Hello @ !   I kindly afford to draw your attention to this issue. I have noticed that I am receiving subscription mails heavily delayed. Saying heavily I mean they're delayed even a few hours what concerns me and it is pretty annoying. I have to refresh the community page every minute or so to stay in touch. I am not sure when it started to occur but it might be upon upgrade of the community software you have done recently. It's true that I never had these issues in the past. I was enjoying immediate mails notifications. I checked all My Settings and couldn't find anything abnormal what could be causing a lag of notification mails. Therefore can you kindly check my account and try to figure out what's going on?   Thanks!

Hi all,   We have recently started trialing webroot for some business clients.   Webroot works fine if the client device has full access to the internet. However we come across problems when the clinet PC is behind a corporate firewall that blocks all direct outside internet connectivity - webroot installes but does not do an initial scan so does not work.   I found a list of IP's that need to be allowed for Webroot, and opened all these but it still doesn't work. I ran a packet sniff and I find that webroot is trying to connect to another IP address that is not on the list!: g76.p4.webrootcloudav.com C:Windowssystem32>ping g76.p4.webrootcloudav.com Pinging rona5-1483468263.eu-west-1.elb.amazonaws.com [176.34.235.43] with 32 bytes of data: Request timed out.   Some of our clients have a proxy server to permit devices to connect to the internet.
