i refreshed on 10   lost all info it went back to 8 how do i put webroot back on same pc?

Mac user, I get a scan failed message every time- it didnt used to do that? I'm not expired. Cant find my webroot 'version' on the website... I have looked everywhere, in my account, and all the other options, etc... webroot webiste is not helpful at all- I cannot find anything helpful at all. I just wastes my time going in circles on this website - getting no where. and tech support is closed on Saturdays??? really! thanks for any help. ML  

I've been using WSAC uneventfully for 5 or 6 months, and I've just discovered that Windows Update has been disabled on my PC and can't find a way to get it back on again. Is there likely to be any connection between WSAC and Windows Update being disabled? Any conflict between the two? I'm just trying to eliminate possibly causes so I can find a fix.

I got a phone from family and I did a system reboot basically. Factory settings and all that rot. I installyed Webroot complete and got two 'trojan' hits right off the bat. Tell ir to fix the issue, but the **bleep** thing keeps saying 'uninstall unsuccessful'.... is there ANY way to remove these threats from the phone? o.e;;;   Both warnings are   'HTML Viewer' com.android.htmlviewer   and   'data_gospel' com.android.fallen     HELP!
