does my scan remove malwear and spywear. I gey clean results from the scans but I also get warning that tell me that the system is infected and needs to be removed before damage occurs 

I just renewed my subsciption after a few months, and need to know how to download the latest definitions.  Thank you!

HI all,   I need to be able to demonstrate that I have run a complete scan weekly and quick/deep scans daily.   Is there any way to determine what type of scan was performed?  I see that the history shows that a scan was performed, but not what type of scan it was.

While I have experienced trouble with updating Flash Player in the past, this is the first time Webroot Secure Anywhere has identified it as malware/virus.   It is undoubtedly something Adobe is doing with their install process with the "free software", as the direct download site installer for Flash Player does not have a problem.   You might ask, "What's the problem?  Just continue using the direct download installer."  This won't work for much longer, as Adobe is going to take that site down except for licensed developers.   I suppose I can wait and see.  If there really is a problem with Flash Player updates, Webroot will hear about it soon from other users.

I seem to have trouble downloading Mozilla Firefox without getting a warning that the file is corrupt. This happens to most downloads. What am I doing wrong?

Hello,   Everytime I try and scan my computer for viruses, it reads 'not conected to the internet'. After that it doesnt complete the scan, whats the issue?

I was using Google Chrome trying to access a company web site and a red screen popped up saying my computer is infected with the above virus and I should call tech support at 1-855-912-7222. The window doesn't look like a Chrome window and I am suspecious.
