Webroot Mobile

Hi All   I have installed 2 Mobile Premium on my Samsung phones with web basee console. One phone is working fine but another is keep asking for password as i sent the screen lock. I have changed the password on the web console but the new password is only working one new phone and another phone is not accepting the password.   Please help me on how to solve this locked phone issue.     Regards   Mirza

trying to install Secure anywhere complete on android phone. I am using correct email address and password, and keycode. I am receiving an error. Account creation failed. Raw error. com.webroot. engine. license check failed due to invalid keycode. I am using keycode that was emailed to me. It does work on my pc.

Tested locking my android phone. While the test message worked the locking did not. I was never prompted for the webroot password.

I have tried to get the Secure Anywhere to download to my phone (android) and my tablet.  On both devices I get the 'ERROR' message that others seem to have received before also.  I have made sure that my e-mail and password are correct and that my keycode is correct but program still will not download and still gives me the error report every time.  I do not know what else to do.  I do not know if my phone is "rooted" and both devices always have internet.  What options do I have now?

I have Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile Complete on my HTC Incredible 2 (Android).  My battery has been draining so rapidly lately that I ordered a new one, and that one is doing the same thing.  My investigations led me to the battery usage on my phone, which showed that SecureAnywhere is using 43%.   When I went into SecureAnywhere, I attempted to go the Antivirus Scan screen, but the scan was frozen and would not cancel.  I restarted the device, and now the scanning always freezes on this package: "Scanning SD card: com.cinemark.mobile_12.apk."   Please advise.  

this webroot app makes my phone run slow and won't allow me to play the one game I have downloaded.. So I want this app to be deleted from my phone please..

Hello,      I recently upgraded my android phone to the premier version of WSAM. I'm tryiing to block a number that keeps calling me from area code 011... that's how it comes up on my phone anyways... but the number seems to be too long, or not in the correct format for webroot to block it.... the number shows in my call log as +011-866-4550723, but won't let me enter that through the call logs menu, or manually entering it into the block list. Is there a special way I need to put that in to block it? Or can I only block 10 digit numbers?   Thanks.

should i also  be adding webroot preimer to it? i am not sure if i need it, if it is compatible, if i can... because i have the complete version already. I would want it merely because of its online wiping away ability as opposed to the one that comes with my complete version.

I just paid for the webroot security complete application and when insert the keycode plus email and password it tells me that there is an error and doesn't let me run the application what can I do?

Just downloaded my paid subscription to Webfoot Secure Anywhere Mobile for my new phone but cannot find my complete key code anywhere. I tried using the website but it says my email is invalid and I know it isn't! Any suggestions? Thanks!!

I installed the Apps on my Ipad and it only asked for the keycode on the back up and sync app, not the secure web app. The problem is the ipad is not showing up under mobile security on my secure anywhere console. Ay ideas as to why not?  

I have a first gen IPad running IOS 5.1.1. SecureWeb crashes immediately upon opening. I have deleted it and redownloaded with the same results. I can not update the IOS because later versions are not supported on the first gen IPads. Any suggestions?

Good afternoon,   I just installed Webroot on my Kindle Fire HD 8.9.  As part of the set up I wanted to set up the password and set WR as a device administrator.  The webroot set up keeps telling me the device administrator is in an unsafe status.  When I click on the fix button it takes me back to set up screen and I end up going into the loop seeing the same thing.   When I go to the kindles settings page it will not let me select Webroot as an administrator, it shows up under the administrator section but is not selected.   Any idea how to fix this so I can lock down the system with a password?   Thanks

It's been edited for the forum.   I purchased SecureAnywhere Internet Security Plus from Newegg last week with a 3 device 1 yr. key. I was not quite ready to use it on my PC yet because I am currently using Outpost on my XP partition and System Mechanic Pro w/ System Shield on my W7 partition and have been quite satisfied with the protection they afford. I now have a Hisense Sero 7 Pro. I decided to log-in to the account tonight and see if I could at least activate the Android install with my new "bought" key. I located the install instructions, downloaded Webroot Security & Antivirus as instructed, installed it on the tablet and then enabled "premium" features by using the new key. Everything was fine and then in the second set of instructions it said to download and install Webroot SecureWeb Browser in order to get password management which is one of the bigges

I have installed Webroot Mobile on both my iphone and ipad. Works great. However, I have a lot of saved "bookmarks" on Safari. When I installed Webroot Mobile, the bookmarks did not transfer to the new Webroot SecureWeb internet browser. Is there a way to move of save them to the Webroot SecureWeb internet browser?

I note the help file for Webroot Mobile states that threat definitions are downloaded daily . Does this mean that the mobile product is similar in its mode of operation to a traditional AV ? (whereas the PC version is very much cloud based) Rocky

I am a new customer to webroot.  So far I love the speed at which the product works. The one item I do have question is concerning the status of devices located on the my.webrootanywhere.com status page.   The page shows 1 pc protected with 0 infected and 0 infected in the last 24 hours.  Under mobile security it shows 0 devices protected 0 devices needing attention and 0 devices infected.  That is my problem.  I downloaded and installed the two iOS apps per instructions and video. I can log into both items and the indication is as mentioned in the video.  The key thingy turning green etc......    but as I use the device the website still says 0 devices protected.   What I am doing in error or what have I missed?   Thanks,  

I noticed that the business version has cloud scanning and will work with the Chrome browser. Does the same apply to Secure Anywhere Mobile Premier or does it use only a dowloaded signature base, does it also work with Chrome?   Paul

I've been using Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobil since my first HTC Tbolt. It's great. I am now using an HTC DROID DNA WITH ANDROID 4.1.1. I just upgraded to the latest edition from your email (version 3.5.0.6037). Immediately after installing it, 6 apps that I have been using for months, are being flagged by the new Webroot as Trojans. The prior versions had cleared them. Is the update that much better at scanning, or are these flags most likely false positives. The apps are: 1. Aces Gin Rummy 2. Basketball Shots 3D 3. Subway Surf 4. Super Stickman Golf 1&2 5. Train Legend As mentioned before, I have been playing these apps for months with no flagging from the previous version of Webroot. Please advise.
