Webroot Mobile

I have installed to mytouch phone but I get an error of "Login failed. The email or password you entered is incorrect."  I have done this several times.  I am using my webroot account information and my Keycode that I received on my receipt.  I have my 2 laptops currently on my console.  I also have checked to make sure that I have given myself access on the console for my cell device.  Please help.

I understand this is a small process but I am concerned. My Webroot is constantly in scanning as advised on the top swipedown android notification screen as "ongoing" app. I tried to kill the provessel to no avail. I even did a clean reinstall yesterday. Time on battery since this morning is 4hrs and 35mins. Battery usage for webroot is 73%. could the scan be stuck in the background?(as per my prev post) and it keep draining my battery? My phone battery usually last for entire day at 30% end of day now it's down to %30 half day in... something is not right here... I have webroot for PC and it's great. But the mobile version seems to be a bit buggy... I'm sad as this is a $20 app.

I am sorry but I am getting the request for a key code for the iPad. I am registered but it will not accept my key code. I even made sure it was for the iPad before I downloaded the app. I even deleted the app and redownloaded it still same thing.

I installed the app on my Android phone.  I am entering my email, password and keycode.  I get an invalid keycode every time I try to log in.  I have checked it several times and it is the one on my product.  Any idea???

Hi, I have a Blackberry Z10. I would like to protect it with SecureAnywhere, which I have an account protecting 2 PCs (soon to be 3) and a tablet. I can get to the install button (Google Play Store), but nothing happens when I click on it, any help would be appreciated   Thanks Ade

Hi all,   Just downloaded the app for iPhone. first, I am not able to use LOCATION services...meaning, can I use Webroot to locate a missing iPhone device?   second, i am not able to see the iPhone device on the list of My devices on mywebroot...how can I do this?   thanks

I have used MPF for years and recently changed master access password but I now seem to have lost ability to access software [wrong password] - so must have writen down new super secure pw wrong.  Any way to recover the situation and get into program.  Thanks for any wisdom/advice:@

Hello there.    I started with the "Android" edition for my Nexus4. I later purchased another liscense of Webroot complete 5device for 1 year and I am unable to login via Webroot complete. Any and all help is much appreciated.

Does anyone else have issues with the Password Protection feature turning off? Everytime this happens, it shows that my sd card is not connected and I would have to constantly re-enter my pw on webroot app to enable admin access to my phone. I have the GS2 running android 4.1.

I have webroot secure anywhere. Got it with my Samsung laptop. It's been great thus far. I would like to add my Samsung note 2 to the account. I only have the laptop on it so far. It says I may use product key for 3 devices. I downloaded the app. What method should I follow? Thanks,

I have recently resubbed to Webroot Secure Anywhere Complete 5 Seat 1 Year Subscription International and installed the mobile app on my Samsung Galaxy S3.   Looking in my web console and the phone number for my mobile is incorrect.   When I bought my phone (at Christmas) I had the number changed to my previous phone number, but it's the number that it shipped with that's being used by Webroot. How do I change this? Unless I can do so the lost phone feature will be useless :(   Thanks in advance.

I just did a bulk enrollment, and the iPhones aren't retrieving the phone number. And when I double click on one, there isn't a Device Settings tab. Is this a bug, or did I miss a step? I did create and install the Apple certificate before I did the enrollment.

I followed all the instructions to download and install the apps. They seem to be working fine on the iPad - I can log in, surf the web, etc. But when I log in to my desk top console, it only shows my PC as being protected. Under mobile devices it shows 0. I haven't even tried yet on my iPhone.

Hi,   We use SOTI MobiControl and it has recently introduced interated webroot Android AntiVirus.  To allow our mobile devices to connect to the Internet to activate the webroot Anti-Virus and also update the virus definitions we need to configure our firewall to allow access to the IP range.   Could someone provide me with the IP range for activate webroot Anti-Virus Android and the IP range used to update virus definitions?

I just purchased Webroot Secure Anywhere Complete 5 Seat 1 Year Subscription and I setup the PC.  I can login to the website from my PC.  I downloaded https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.webroot.security.complete per the instructions.  First screen to login fails every time.  If I login from the web browser of my phone I get to my account but not through the app.  Please help.

l just purchased wsa complete and cant enter the keycode for it on my kindle fire hd 7".it keeps predicting the next letter/number for code and i cant enter it correctly, ive went in and shut off next word prediction and all that to the kindle fire but still does it?any way i can get this to work?

I purchased webroot secureanywhere complete.  I downloaded the Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile Complete app for my android.  I have entered my email address, password and keycode associated with my laptop subscription.  I continually receive an error that says this "Your user credentials are not associated with this SecureAnywhere Complete keycode.  Make sure you've created this user on my.webrootanywhere.com and try again."  The keycode I entered IS associated with the email address and password i entered.  The keycode i entered is the exact keycode shown in my "manage keycodes" section of my online account.  Why isn't it recognizing it??  Please help

I have recently bought SecureAnywhere Complete.  I have no problems logging onto my account on my PC but neither SecureWeb nor Backup&Sync will accept my information.  I have verified the information is correct (and works elsewhere) but it still will not work on your apps.   Fix please.

I tried a few times using the key code that I used for my laptop sign up but it won't work on my IPad.  I've downloaded the APP just fine.
