I hope I am in the right spot here.  I just renewed my Webroot protection and wanted to remove my old tablet from the console and replace it with my new laptop.  I don't know how to do this.  Also the laptop information stated that when I turn it on it will be automatically protected by McAfee for, I believe a month, at which point I have the option to accept or refuse their protection. Of course I am sticking with Webroot but I didn't know if it would be wise to try to add my device to Webroot at the same time McAfee is on it too.  I don't know if this could cause problems or mess up the laptop.  I don't know if i should wait til the trial period is over. I am anxious to turn on my new laptop but I wanted to make sure I don't damage something somehow.  Any advice or help you can give me will be very appreciated.  I would like to add that I am a senior and with that in mind, please explain anything I have to do as simply as possible. &n

When i click on View in browser in my emmail messages (Outlook 16) i get a pop-up warning:   If you open this message in your browser, the security settings will be different from those in Outlook, and dangerous content may not be blocked. Do you want to continuue?    OK    Cancel   What are the risks and what can i do to prevent them?

Hi, I've been using the cloud part of Webroot for about 2 years for unchanging stuff, but recently I'v needed to regularly have changes to certain docs and spreadsheets and the cloud hasn't always kept it. Sometimes has, sometimes not. Also an uploaded folder disappeared completely (never deleted from/by any machine, I should add). I use an Excel finance spreadsheet, and my partner uses it for a small business, so it's not unimportant. Problem maybe is (?) we upload from several different machines (all laptops) in different places, often same day. How does the cloud work in these circumstances - should a change be visible at once, after a bit, next day or what and from all machines the same? Or what? Once I know how it works, I can work with it, but at the moment I'm back on thumb-drives and physically carrying them for security of backup and changes. Thanks

I just installed Internet Security Plus (ISP).  Prior to the installation I discovered adware on my computer.  When I ran a Internet Security Plus no adware was found.  Does that mean that the adware was detected and removed during installation of ISP?

Can not login to password manager (email unknown) when I login to my account it says Your Passwords account is being prepared. This should be available shortly (preparing) never loads

I already paid. I want it to run without askig for payment every time I reboot. It will not allow me to enter the new key code.

Today I checked out the Personal Security Report and it gave me results from 04-25-16 through 10-25-16. What surprised me is that the report indicated that the last scan was performed on 10-15-16 at 5:15PM. I know for a fact that I do a scan every day and was wondering why the Security Report date differed from the actual scans that are  performed.   Thanks Webroot Community for your feedback, its appreciated.

i purchased the package for 5 devices,i downloaded the secure web app. now how do i get it too scan and protect my i pad ?

After running scan a threat was detected.  Clicked on Remove threat but will not remove.   How do I get rid of this.  It will not let me put in quarantine either.   Thanks in advance for your help.

How does Webroot deal with tracking cookies?

Hi when Webroot scans my computer it ALWAYS shows that 5 threats have been removed. Why is this? I mean really, 5 threats each and every time?    Jacob

I logged in an launched firefox.  What do I see?  Firefox notifying me that webroot web filtering extention was disabled  because it t could not be verified.     ?   Needless to say this is very disappointing for all our customers who are using this product. This is the most visible way in which Webroot is visible and brings value to customers.  While the extnetion is disabled this introduces an additional risk.   When is Webroot going to update their plug in?  Manual intervention on the part of the user is not an option with users who are not computer savvy, and users will see this as a Webroot issue regardless of the actual root cause.   Let me know when this will be fixed.   In the meantime I will see if there is a way to turn off signing.  This workaround is not an option for our customers.

I have WEBROOT that was installed by Best Buy and also have MSN Premium which will also pay for WEBROOT. How do I transfer this subscription to MSN?

I can't get the red exclamation mark off of my greyed out webroot icon.  I have scanned, and all looks good.  I've restarted the computer but no help??

Reset windows 10 on my HP computer and lost webroot.  My HP is now being protected by Windows Defender.  Yet when I sign into the webroot website, it says that my HP is still protected.  All together I have three computers but on my recently reset  HP, I have no access to webroot on this particular computer
