Ever since I install Webroot I can't get to Itunes store.

Webroot is scanning my computer in less than 5 minutes (Today about 40,000 files). AVG used to scan 2 or 3 hundred thousand file and take 1 to 2 hours. Why? Are there settings I need to change, I looked but don't see any.

my copter has SlimCleaner Plus on it.  tried to uninstall it but no luck  Anyone hear of it?

oh my gawd, what the hell do I have to do to get a real answer that I can use??????? ANOTHER THING THAT IS PISSING ME OFF IS webroot seems to enjoy limiting programs on my computer ( that I trust ) from working properly. How can I stop it from doing this. Either this is fixed, or I will be seeking out a better program, other than yours.

I'm reluctant to remove my firewall to let Windows install updates, but I assume that I need updates.  How do I tell Webroot to let Microsoft install updates?

I just had WEBROOT END POINT installed. Do I need to keep my NORTON ANTIVIRUS current and activated?

How do I upgrade my Webroot SecureAnywhere Antivirus to Interet Security Plus or Internet Security Complete, I baught the software with CD and have close to 200 days left on Antivirus.

I have had notices in the past couple of weeks of blocked navigation to many sites that I know are safe. Most of these blocks are due to the reason:   We recommend that you don't continue to this website because it is reported to contain the following threats: Phishing threat:This site might try to trick you into disclosing your login, password or other sensitive information by disguising itself as another website you may trust.   I have been going to the sites that I know and trust.   Today, when doing a Google search on this error, I found blocked navigation on two Webroot sites:   http://www.webroot.com/us/en/business/products/endpoint/operational-risk/independent-control

If I think my flash drive or junk drive is infected , how do I check it and clean it?

Hi i renewed my webroot subscription using my bestbuy card. the problem is i think it automatically renewed the 3 pc i installed before then. but the one laptop is already broken so i cant use it, is there any possibility that i can get one subscription transfered to another laptop? and in my days remaining  it says active, i think because i still have 11 days before expiring. thank you weebroot! and more power

can i use more than one email on webroot

I've completely cleaned out mozilla firefox from my computer & registry, and still it came back. Been on IE & it doesn't show up on there. It doesn't stop my computer from working at all, but it's annoying, make me feel "infected"!!!   Can anyone help? Tried various anti-virus scanners, malware scanners & spyware scanners, they find nothing. Also have tried registery recycler. Used CC cleaner, looked through the register myself & nothing. Cleaned out all old adobe's, java's etc   May have happened when I plugged into power as my battery was getting low???   Any ideas as to what to do.   Thanks Helen Linklater    

Webroot wont allow PC to up date

when I go into my luminnosity games I have pop up ads all over it howdo i filter the app

Name is Beth, I realize someone has hacked my contacts. I keep getting emails with a intro of: Sent from my Iphone or Ipad and the persons first name. How can I get them to stop? does Webroot have anything to help? or do I just change my email address?  

I am using webroot for my home computer and haven't been online since lastnight. As I was tring to log in to banbking, gmail, facebook, google and msn.com I get a message that says "Website has been reported as unsafe". There is a option on the warning that allows me to unblock the page an continue but I am afraid that if I start doing that to all pages that I may be in trouble. Suggestions?????

I have been having a problem with my hard drive with WSA on it running out of space constantly and i just learned why. The WRData folder, which i never knew was there, is eating up space. The folder is at 33 GB in size now. Is there something i can delete or uninstall to get rid of all that? It's getting quite crazy.

verizon popup box. Security Warning. Couldn't use the browser because of popup box. Click off the box and immiately returned. Phone number on box. I didn't open anything on this box. I turned off the computer. I turned on computer. Them ran Webroot Secure Anywhere Scan. Didn't find anything. Does anyone have any ideas?

Over the last day or so I have gotten random messages from someone claiming to be Microsoft Security and then Google Security saying that my computer is under attack and I should call them at a certain number.  I have not called that number but have  scanned it at least 4 times through Webroot since then and it comes up clean.  Any suggestions? Tom
