Forum|alt.badge.img+21

Tried to downlod the new version 9.0.27.64 from the website. Done a fresh install and it shows as version 9.0.26.61 Has the new version not yet been uploaded for download.

Best answer by TripleHelix

I see that v9.0.27.64 has been released finely! http://anywhere.webrootcloudav.com/zerol/wsainstall.exe if you don’t get it right away you can download and install over top and do a reboot.

Same problem. It would be excellent to be able to get the latest version instead of being stuck two behind.

Has anyone been able to download this version yet? I tried again this morning and it’s still 9.0.26.61.

I believe that we are rolling out all of our updates gradually. From the Product Release page:

Webroot now does a gradual rollout method for releases. As such, not everyone will receive the update at the same time.

However, if you go to download manually I would assume you’d be able to get it on demand. I’ll have to check on this for you.

I’m still stuck on 9.0.26.61, even if I uninstall and redownload and reinstall directly from Webroot support. I t would be very helpful to find out exactly why I can’t get the latest version, even directly from the website.

Hi jreddoch,

This may sound silly but have you rebooted your system lately?

Thanks. I’m not even entirely sure what a Beta version is. Is it really too much to ask that I be able to download and install the latest version, when it’s supposed to be available? If not, why?

Sorry @jreddoch ,

I did ping @BradW and @freydrew but nothing yet??? :rage:

You could post here and fill out the survey to be in the Beta Group and you would have access plus Webroot will give you a Beta Keycode: https://community.webroot.com/news-announcements-3/new-beta-group-336757

Cannot get it by going to download manually, you said you was checking this, when will you have the answer ?

I can’t believe nothing from any Webroot Staffers...OMG no one is on the ball in here anymore. They leave us Mods in which we are Volunteers with no help.

As far as I can see on the postings of the forum, No.

We are still waiting on the Webroot Staff to answer.
