 After running a scan of my on Sept. 11th of this year, I saw that the App had

a message asking me to upgrade to the premier version.I was really  confused because I

had already purchased it maybe 5-6 months ago for something like $19.95. I immediatly opened up the " Play Store " app on my phone and navigated to the " My App's " page, found the Webroot Premier icon, clicked it, and was taken to the Play Store page where your App is located.    As soon as the app page came up, I was asked to confirm my purchase. I exited back out to my apparently and found that I was being charged THE $19.95 AGAIN for the app! I went straight to the email link and sent this exact message ( on Sept. 11th ). I only recently recieved a reply telling me to ask for help here.  So, here it goes......HELP!!!

Google handles all returns and orders from the Google Play Store.

 

Here are their Refund, Comment and Content Policies.

 

Do you use SecureAnywhere on your PC or Mac by any chance? We may be able to figure something out if you do. If you are only using the Premier app, I apologize, but Google handles their own transactions and returns.
