How do I delete wr from one pc and add to another

Hi, I believe I need to uninstall and then reinstall WR because I do not have the option in the right click menu to scan a file. It only has scan with Windows Defender. I am also getting all kinds of messages that there is no AV software installed, but when I open the security tab it says WR is working and installed. I found a post that said I needed to unistall, remove a particular file and reinstall but I can find no way to uninstall WR. Please help either with uninstalling or getting the right click menu to operate. Thank you, any help is appreciated. S13

 Hi just bought a new computer with windows 10. Installed webroot & registered it for the new computer, when i try to access webroot from a browser, it keeps saying invalid password even thought the geek squad supposedly fixed it. I am able to access it fully  if I click on the actual  webroot icon. Anyone know if this is a windows 10 glitch ?

Has anyone had the problem of removing Conduit just to have it reappear at a later time, in my case it showed up again about a year later in windows for itself and Amazon.com. I run Chrome.

Can you remove McAfee Antivirus from my computer

When I click my back up and sync tab it says it is on but after a few seconds it turns off? I click to turn them on and it says to chekc my proxy setting and sign in. Then I try to sign in and it tells me the user name or password is incorrect.  I know I have the right sign in info becuae it lets me sign in on the cloud via the web.  Any clue what is going on? It is doing it on both my computers.

okay, was browsing on Yahoo's homesite today and saw an article regarding retirement figures from u.s. newsweek or the like. Clicked  on and Bam, I got the stupid blue screen and popup message that would not go away. I used task manager to shut it down and did a webroot scan. Nothing found. I did a shutdown and power up, webroot scan, nothing found. I checked my programs and nothing was installed, according to the programs list. Should I presume that since Webroot is not finding anything I am safe from the stupid ransomware? I will not be visiting the yahoo homepage anymore. Usually my Webroot gives me the don't go there message and lets me get out of there. Thanks in advance.  

Hi there,   Just checking on protection against hijacks or cleaners for hijacks that Webroot may have. PC behaves sluggishly. I complete cache maintenance regularly. It is not just my browser but other programs as well. I do not use this PC for much but when I do it just sits there.   Any ideas?   Thanks

I'm having issues with FireFox freezing up after I recently updated it.  I'm also not able to access my account or the Web Console.  I keep on getting a blank screen page.  I had no problems setting up my account and accessing it when I first installed Webroot about a month ago.

I have just been made aware by TripleHelix that the Webroot Gamer Version consists of the AV plus the System Optimizer and nothing else: the perfect combination imho to recommend to my friends, both gamers and non-gamers (I won't go into the details of why).   However, I have a question.
