Greetings all! As of today, when I click on "access web console," Webroot takes me to a "create account" page.  It seems to have forgotten me, so I cannot access my account to manage passwords. Ideas? Thank you!

While searching on Firefox, I receiving the message that "Rating is temporarily unavailable and we are working to restore service".   This has been happening for some time and appears not to be temporary.  Any reasons why this is happening?   Thanks

Really long story much shorter: I got hacked pretty badly a few weeks back. Amazon, Paypal, email and Ebay accounts were all accessed in the middle of the night and the hacker purchased about $3,000 worth of items. The same night my girlfriend got hacked as well. We don't use the same computer, the only thing that we share computer-wise is our home wifi connection, and it's a secure WiFi using WPA2 and a randomly generate key-code. Of course I locked down all my accounts, changed passwords and after a few dozen phone calls got my money back. I had been using very strong passwords, but only running MSE for antivirus. I decided to beef up my security, so I got Webroot and installed it on all my machines. (Windows 8 laptop at home and Windows 7 workstation at the office - I have to run Windows 7 due to a specialty software package for my company) Both computers are up-to-date on OS / security updates. I'm trying to upgrade to windows 10 but it won't load and says I need to unistall webroot. I checked webroot capatibility and I've got the latest version that is supposedly compatible. Has anybody got around this?

Yes ... I got Webroot precisely because of odd behaviors such as freezing (patience allowed unfreezing ...) and windows on my desktop (Macbook Pro) I cannot close - one is my Searching "This Mac" window which completed its search and now cannot be closed, and the other is a window showing downloads. I ran the virus scan and it showed up nothing. Any thoughts?

Webroot expired.  I bought it again instead of renewing.  When I try to install it I keep getting the old screen saying it has expired.  Even uninstalled it.

I cannot scan my Mac.  Webroot diagnostic says" Scan Failed.  WEbroot cannot reach the internet to obtain Threat information "  however I can connect to internet thru WEbroot to access the support group.    

  when going online I have contracted some sort of virus that prompts me to call a number to get it removed.  I know not to call that number but how can I remove this virus?  

A blue admiration mark is beside the Webroot icon. What does it mean?

Webroot appears to be working fine but the RED shield (Windows Security Center)  in the bottom right tray says Webroot is NOT working. When I open the shield and click on " Turn on now" nothing happens! Would appreciate some information on this.   Thank you

I have a brand new Windows 10 machine with Webroot Secureanywhere complete installed.   Every hour on the hour I get popups that my virus and anti-spyware are not installed but when i check the windows security console it says everything is copacetic.  I am assuming there is a bug either in webroot or windows that leads to this.  Has anyone else had the same problem and figured out how to fix it?   I have attached a screenshot of the messages i am getting.

I am still getting this unusual pop up saying my pc in not protected and to call a number they provided.   I bought Webroot to destroy malware, spyware, popups, etc.  I also did a quick restore before installing Webroot and immediately install Webroot to get rid of this problem   Also getting a pop up saying Webroot is not On.  I assumed it stayed on once I installed it.  How do I turn it on?
