I recently renewed my Webroot protection.  I got the disc today but am unable to install it.  I am not terribly tech-savvy, but can follow instructions pretty well.  I put in the the disc and expected it to autostart.  It didn't.  Would appreciate any help.

when this version of Word is open, webroot says the foreground window is protected, and it prevented certain actions (i.e. pasting text from a different application), until I allowed winword.exe in office16, which I found was a blocked process.

I got a popup that said I had a virus and not to do any shopping until I called this #.  888-279-5428 VERY stubborn pop up. The number wants to sell me spyware. My scan shows no problems. What do I do????

No startup begins after I install new disc.  Keeps coming up "Your subscription has expired" Just bought a new one for one year !

I am receiving a message talling me that I have adware or malware on my laptop. Although, I have performed a scan, which showed that there were 2 threats on the computer and that they have been quarantined, the message still shows up on the computer. How do I delete them?

I couldn't login to the password manager so I changed my password, I can log in to the console as I always have but still can login to the password manager.

I am trying to put Webroot on my Laptop and it is saying that it is expired and not  able to connect to internet, but my interenet is on.

I have had other anti virus programs that wood scan my browser, Web Root doesn't find these annoying things

I was hit with Cryptowall 3.0 on 6 Feb.  Helpful experts on another forum guided me through a lengthy, thorough cleaning procedure, including numerous scans and logs.   Today, 30 days later, after booting my laptop, Cryptowall did its thing again -- new files are encrypted, old files are encrypted twice now, and the .png and .txt ransom files appeared.  No website access or e-mails; the machine was just sitting there for a couple of hours.  It looks to me like this virus hides really well.  Now I've just finished running Malwarebytes, Avast, and Webroot -- so far, nothing I've tried can detect it.  I've been reading speculation that the virus cleans up after itself and hibernates in a hidden boot partition.       My question:  can you guys help me truly clean this?  Or I should just give up this laptop?   Thanks.   -Jeff

pop ups from webroot!  repeatedly.. just installed   failed to find required file.etc joke   scanned and no problems just this

I currently have Webroot, but it is not removing the adware from adsupply. How can i remove this? 

I have a very delayed response when I click.  Started a couple of weeks ago.  Something webroot can help with?  I'm sure it needs to be "cleaned" somehow.

I was reading my news from Webroot and need to ask a question about one of the articles. I really don't want to sound dumb but what are skimmers? The article was talking about Florida finding 103 of these skimmers at gas stations. Please help me understand what this is so I know if what I'm thinking they are is right. My Webroot shows up under my programs - but not on desktop - not sure how to get to it.

I no longer have green checks, albeit dark or light green, inidcating a safe website to click on.  Every link is now a solid gray circle including those I know are safe.
