how do you get credit to reload webroot when they have to replace your computer for warranty

I'm not sure this is the correct location for asking a question. If not, maybe someone will direct me to the right place. Actually don't know what I'm doing.... matter of fact it's been that way since 5th grade!! ANYWAY, I installed webroot and have thus far run 4 scans. Problem is nothing changes. Every mouse click brings another pop-up, adobe, firefox and other products keep crashing, like every few seconds!!! I'm not joking!! Anyone out there have an idea??? Steve

I bought a webroot license a year ago for my laptop. Then I bought a new PC with a 6 month webroot license included. 6 months have run-out and I want to re-activate webroot using the licence for my laptop which was for 3 machines. How do I do it?   Dexter 

How can I remove Safer Browser from Chrome on my Mac?

clicked on an image for Rust-oleum deck stain colors. Instead of color chart i received a message my mac was running slow and I should download Mac Cleaner and follow the directions.  Not about to do so, but the message window has locked up my Safari.  I can quit Safari but come back to the same issue.  Rebooted and re-opened Safari and I'm back to the same page even though my settings dump the history on a reboot.  Site address to install Mac Cleaner is xjwe3dgmz.scan.review.com.   Any ideas?

I have so many red errors I cannot count them. I also have some yellow alerts. I cannot print from my laptop anymore probably because these are corrupting my software. How can I get Webroot to remove these awful threats?  I need serious help fast.

I can't get webroot to stop monitoring an application I need to run! It's using all my memory and XP comes to a crawl.  Tried to Allow files in PC Security and Active Processes: even when highlighted, continues to monitor.

I seem to have been infected with over 90 threats.  After running the sofware, my Safari is running much faster, and the pop up screens that took over Safari are now gone.   But I do recall the NSA "porn watching" scam that popped up about 4 months ago and haven't seen since then.  I just wonder if it is still lurking in my computer.

How do I tell which version of webroot do I have running on my system?  I don't remember which one I bought.

Google chrome continues to give me problems that drive me crazy. Opening new tabs with adds about how to rid of virus attacks or that I need to update my drivers.  Once I get those off of the screen and open a page with bank info I am bombarded with adds that pop up all over the screen.  I rerun the scan using Webroot and it shows that there are no virus' to remove.  Any ideas as to how stop this problem in Google chrome?

Please let me know why a scan almsot always comes up with 45 threats removed

I have a peculiar issue.  I purchased Webroot SecureAnywhere for three devices.  I have it installed on two different laptops I own, but the web threat shield seems to only work on my older, non-preferred laptop.  The Web Threat shield seems to be enabled on both PCs.  Details follow.   Older PC SecureAnywhere v8.0.6.44 Firefox version 35.0.1 Windows 7 Home Premium SP1, 64 bit   Web Threat Shield seems to work - search results show a dark green circle with a check mark, light green circle with a checkmark, yellow circle with a dash or orange circle with an exclamation point.   New PC SecureAnywhere v8.0.6.44 Firefox version 35.0.1 Windows 8.1, 64 bit   Web Threat Shield doesn't show me any of the icons for search results.    Most concerning is that I initially was blocked from visiting a page from a weather forecaster I follow on Facebook.&nb
