Hi all, having trouble loading facebook games since installing Webroot. Some games will load fine but others I just get a blank page. I have updated the Java & adobe just to be sure. If the webroot was interferring with the games I would think it would cause all the facebook games to not load but that is not the case. Any one else have this issue ?? Thanks so much !!

I bought the update and was told to go to advanced settings but I saw no place to enter the code

Webroot message says "no antispyware installed".

The subject line says it all.  

I didnt notice at first but I think Webroot is preventing me from accessing an online gamer profile from origin. I need to access this in order to download a patch so that the gameplay of a certain game will improve. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.                                                                                                                                                                 Thanks  

I still get frequent security popups and my computer still runs slow, evense after webroot. What can I do to make my computer run efficiently? I need help. I thought that this issue would have been taken care of after webroot.   Jay

I have had Webroot for a good number of years. A computer technician just found 100+ viruses in my computer that were grinding it to a halt. Tell me again, what is the point of paying for Webroot.

The pop-up window sated I call a toll free number that was associated with my internet provider. The person stated they were a security Co working for my provider. He stated I should have the computer checked out by my security tech. Co.

When I open the program on my laptop, it says I still need to renew through Geek Squad.

I can't seem to find a You Tube downloader that is free from viruses or malware. Has anybody else had the same problem. solutions?

I can't login to my webroot vault and sites /passwords

When my computer boots up, I get a message box on my desktop asking if I want to see my security report.  I have to close this box to prevent it from showing each time I boot up.  Is there a way to prevoent this?

HEY THERE TECHIES :D What PROCESSes should be considered suspicious?  The names are misleading and so generalized. ~~Webroot shows a mile long list of processes -and- an excessive # of TEMP files on my new iMAC. (Only Webroot and Microsoft Office for Mac is on it.)  

I get unwanted websites when I press the back arrow on Internet Explorer.  Windows 7. My first time with Webroot. Installed three weeks ago.  How do I eliminate unwanted malware? Only appeared since I installed Webroot.   Thanks John (Edited e-mail for privacy)

How do you get rid of Power PC?  

I was on the website for AOBO SOFTWARE (keyloggers) to learn how to possibly block or detect them.   Each keylogger program (apparantly) has HOT KEYS to activate menu/control panel. So, I entered their HOT KEYS. (enter freakout here)   *A chat box appeared, and a WHAT-DO-YOU-WANT-TO-DO box. MY QUESTION:   does that mean that keylogger program is in my computer, or just what happens from doing their program hot keys while on their website? 

Anybody have experience with a Pokki program asking to install a start menu in Windows 8.1?  How do you remove/disable it?

I've installed SecureAnywhere AV (SAAV) on 3 systems.  For 2 of them, everything went smooth.  On a third one though...   After installing, I canot access internet.  (Internet explorer has stopped working ... blah blah error msg) Disable all IE plug ins.  No luck. From a cmd prompt: Ping well known sites such as google.com or cnn.com: fail Ping their IP, in case it is DNS related: fail Access shared drives on LAN, open files, etc.: *success!*  (So, it seems to be IP stack related) Disable SAAV: does not fix Uninstall SAAV: does not fix Restore system prior to installation of SAAV: everything back to normal.   After that, I updated windows to very latest updates and created a restore point. Everything still fine.   Install SAAV: problem is back. Again, disable or uninstall SAAV does not solve the problem (** the fact that uninstalling does not fix it is very annoying) Restore to that new rest

How do I get rid of this virus?  I did a full scan and it didn't not take care of it.

I wowuld like to know, from a users perspective, how email is scanned and if a problem exists, notifies me and/or is taking evasive actions.  

why is that i get a warning when i go on ya hooat top of bar,then when i use bing i don't get any thearts at all?

I read that CryptoLocker is active.  Does Webroot protect against this virus?
