webroot secure anywhere is blocking my u tube movies with a green screen I need help.

The installion date in My Programs says 1- 14-2015, which would mean it did install,. However I am still getting warning that it si expiring in one hour. I've been to my Dashboard and can not find anywhere to just click on install version 2 of 3 on the disk. So, I'm totally lost.  BTW, I'm old as dirt too. So be simple in explaination, please.  I did not uninstall previous version. But now afraid to as the current date did show for todays install... I don't want to use Version # 3 up in the process.  Thanks.

How Can I Uninstall Webroot Secure Anywhere from my PC.  I Uninstalled it, but part of the program is still on my PC. Can't Find where it is on PC.  Does not show up in Control panel list of Programs.

I have NEVER had so much trouble getting support.   As I wait for my 3rd (in a week) 20 munite plus on line for help, I am thinking my next stop is tge REFUND dept.  At the way everything else so far has been handled, it may 2017 before I receive it.

Hello community! Hopefully someone out there can assist me with my issue....   Anyone familiar with Installmc.dmg virus? Anytime I search with google, and select a link, it reroutes me to bing search. I downloaded Handbrake, a video converting application, and this neat accessory came with! I have followed steps to remove this but they have not worked. For instanced, I can no longer locate the virus related files, but the problem persists. I installed Webroot to hopefully get rid of this annoying little bug, but it didn't work. Help?   Thanks a lot Hannah

Hello,   I have been using Webroot for all my computers (and kid's computers) at home for 2 or 3 years. My son is getting an error "unable to connect to proxy server" for the last 2 weeks. I have a rootkit virus on my HP, running Windows light7. I bought WR Secure Anywhere to get rid of this, but it did not work bcs it is def still in the system. Any suggestions? I tried to chat with support and could not seem to get a person with a pulse. I have had this "protection" for 166 days now. What good is it if the rootkit isn't gone like the software claims it will clean it up? And lastly, can I get my money back ?

I have started getting the dreaded Blue screen when playing You Tube  videos and too often my system is freezing up and  is requiring a hard reboot. This is new since 11/01/2014. Is there a Webroot program that can identify the problem? I have tried almost all the other anti-virus and PC protection programs but so far Webroot it at the top of my list as being the BEST! I am running Windows 7 64 bit. Google Chrome. At 63 I have had a PC since 1982 ish and know to stay away from bad sites and have always paid and believe in  anti-virus protection.
