 Focus Mode is a feature that was designed to allow iPhone users to focus on tasks by muting and hiding notifications, messages, phone calls, and other alerts on their devices. The Focus feature used to be very simple and called Do Not Disturb Mode, but with later versions of iOS, Apple added a bunch of complexity to Focus Modes that cause some users confusion, not only about using the feature in general, but particularly regarding how to disable Focus Modes or how to get out of and escape Focus Modes.You can often tell if someone is on Focus Mode because calling their iPhone will result in going directly to voicemail, and if you message them it may say something like “[Name] has notifications silenced.” 

 Have you ever sent a message from your iPhone and quickly regretted it? Or maybe you sent a message and you realize it didn’t convey what you intended, or it’s full of typos, or it was even sent to the wrong person? That’s where Undo Send comes in, a feature that is now available on iPhone that allows you to unsend messages.Undo Send allows the unsending of messages, but only for iMessages, which means this feature only works between other iOS, MacOS, and iPadOS users, and there’s a time limit of 5 minutes. Additionally, it only works for users running modern system software, running at least iOS 16 or later or macOS Ventura or later. If the recipient is using an Android, or an older version of iOS or MacOS system software, the Undo Send feature will not be available. 

If you are an MSP I would like to know what you are using for disaster recovery. There are many to choose from. and we currently use Axcient and Veeam, which have multiple options. I would like to know what everyone else is using and why do you like it?

I have webroot and I paid for my subscription yet I can't scan my phone. It's on the account yet there is no way that shows how to scan. I have called and been through the runaround. Why can't I scan to check for viruses?

How do I get my iPhone protected with my already paid webroot account???

After 30 years, the ‘Office’ brand is being retired. I knew that Office 365 had been rebranded Microsoft 365, but I didnt realise they were doing away with ‘Office’ in its entirety...i actually feel a little sad!! Microsoft Office is no more, company says, as it is renamed ‘Microsoft 365’ (msn.com)

@ProTruckDriver you seem to be very knowledgeable about the iphone. Can you tell me how to get the phone to advance to the next line by voice command? I will sometimes voice reply to an email. After I speak the greeting I usually have to manually press the return key to advance down a few lines before I can then continue with my voice to text. If you know a key word or trick to do this by voice I would appreciate your help. Teri

After install webroot on machine with win7 the OS doesn’t start. I have been install it on 22 machine with win7 and they work ok only in 2 machine OS doesn’t start after installing.Do you have any suggestions?Thanks
