Hello @ !   I kindly afford to draw your attention to this issue. I have noticed that I am receiving subscription mails heavily delayed. Saying heavily I mean they're delayed even a few hours what concerns me and it is pretty annoying. I have to refresh the community page every minute or so to stay in touch. I am not sure when it started to occur but it might be upon upgrade of the community software you have done recently. It's true that I never had these issues in the past. I was enjoying immediate mails notifications. I checked all My Settings and couldn't find anything abnormal what could be causing a lag of notification mails. Therefore can you kindly check my account and try to figure out what's going on?   Thanks!

I want to know about the moderators or Webroot what to think of this action. I relied on that it is an action of Webroot and this enabled with the key, also ran today and then the protection is disabled and shared with me that the ABO has expired, sorry, I did not know that the ABO of yet about 225 days, turns off within 3 days. Hi all,   We have recently started trialing webroot for some business clients.   Webroot works fine if the client device has full access to the internet. However we come across problems when the clinet PC is behind a corporate firewall that blocks all direct outside internet connectivity - webroot installes but does not do an initial scan so does not work.   I found a list of IP's that need to be allowed for Webroot, and opened all these but it still doesn't work. In the console, there is a section to manage keycodes. You can add a keycode, and upgrade/renew an existing one.   I don't see an option to remove a keycode, especially an expired one. Yes, one could upgrade/renew that, but what if you have other keycodes listed? It would be nice to be able to tidy it up a bit in those circumstances.

 Had Web-root since Dec and Have owned it before.. It seemed to be doing it thing .. but never found Viruses when viruses where present.  Then when I purchased it in Dec with my new PC..  It seem to find some, but never indicated that they had been removed (for all I know... I dont like windows 8 I still dont even know exactly how to use still came with no instruction .. They say they are on my all in one.... BUT first I got to know how to use it to find it..)  ???  UGH!    .  So I was worried iWas wishing I had purchased Kaperski but since the new change .. It looks like things are looking up.   I would still like to know where clean up is located on the NEW WEBROOT program is.. Please..    Looking good WEBROOT!    

Hi, I'm new to the forum but not to using SecureAnywhere.  I don't know if this is the appropriate place to ask this question so forgive me if it's not.    I have been using the program for years, recently renewed it.  I just bought a new computer to in essence replace my old one but I don't plan to get rid of the old one, will just be using it as a backup.  At least that's the plan if I can get a few issues fixed.  Do I need to purchase a whole new SecureAnywhere program for the new computer or is it possible to use it on the new one too?  Do I need to get a new license or ????  Please advise.    Thank you!

Do you like to live dangerously and deploy brand new software without the vendor's consent? Do you have some endpoints in your console that are checking in, but are not updating the version even though you're using the EXE version and updating is on in the policy?   If you send a command to download and run the following URL, it will update the endpoint to WSA 2014 and seems to fix any upgrade problems if a client is having them.   http://anywhere.webrootcloudav.com/zerol/wsainstall.exe   WSA 2014 is not released for large business users and there will be a newer version released when it's ready. Brand new WSA user. Well, almost. I just purchased WSA after being a staunch freeware supporter for years! I haven't actually installed the software yet, but hope to be doing so tonight. I have not used a commercial AV in probably well over 5 years. I've been following WSA over at Wilder's for the past several months and I've really been impressed with the support offered over at Wilder's from both the WSA staff and the other WSA users. That tied with the fact that WSA is a Denver-based company and that I live literally an hour from them, I really wanted to support them. This is my first journey to these forums and I am just starting to get acquainted with the setup and structure. I'm sure that I will have tons of questions as I start this journey of using WSA.

While the Community is an excellent resource for basic troubleshooting, it is not the official Webroot support system.  The Community is staffed with Webroot employees that will do their best to help you if you need technical support from: 7AM to 5PM MST, Monday through Friday.   There is currently no official coverage on Weekends, but we have a great base of Volunteers who are happy to help. :)   However, the official Webroot support system is staffed 24/7.  While you are welcome to post questions outside of staffed hours to see if community members can answer your questions for you, please do not expect an official response from Webroot outside of staffed hours.    For technical support inq

SOFTWARE REDEVELOPER Microsoft has started paying out bug bounties to third parties and has rewarded one chap with $100,000. That's over £60,000 in UK money, and it isn't the only payout made by the firm. James Forshaw from Content Information Security got the $100,000 prize for finding a new exploit called a "mitigation bypass technique". Hi all   I am mlurp and a bit upset that it takes so much time while I am wanting to see the football game. So please excuse me if I am quick & blunt. This is as close to my question I saw so let me ask has version 8.0.4.17 lost its most important feature, to remove wasted MB's of clutter when shutting down. I see it doesn't clean the Recycle Bin any longer! Is this a sign I have lost the reason I spent so much for so long? Please let me know. And nice meeting each of you... :D
