Good Lord!  I should have joined this group MONTHS ago!  Webroot went from being the buggiest crashiest disaster I ever endured to my favorite security suite on Mac!  "Click to Install" don't drag.  Who knew?  LoL 

I am getting a message that I have a possible virus...ask me to call letmelogin.com....is this real?   I have never gotten message before...just uploaded Windows 10...is this part of it...security I mean?  

Can anyone help me with this problem? I need help with my webroot securtiy anywhere. I ran the System analyzer and my score was 68/100. I used the optiumizer  I still got a 68/100.  What can I do to fix my problems.

Secure Anywhere seems to scan only for MalWare but seems to conflict with Norton Antivirus. Does Secure Anywhere scan for viruses, does it conflict with Norton and can I get rid of Norton?

Hello everybody.   Does your webroot come on at unwanted times?  My AOL is a big memory hog, and the webroot makes it unoperative.  Any idea out there?

yesterday i kept getting a popup message that kept telling me to call a 1-844 because my computer has malware . now every time i do a scan it keeps telling that webroot has removed 51 threats .

Has web root resolved the problem that it cannot work with windows 10?  Don't want to install it if web root isn't able to integrate wiht win 10.. Thank you

Just received about forty e-mails (AOL) saying "undelivered mail - return to sender. Also received phone calls from friends saying they received suspicioous e-mails from me. Have I been compromised? Can I log into Bank Accounts, etc?

On OS X platform: Webroot launches, on Home window I click "Go To Passwords" . Page only shows a blank window. Sent a screenshot to Support and have not gotten a response as yet. Anyone got any ideas?

I recently received  a disc to renew my subscription to webroot but the disc doesn't "auto-install" . How do I do this? This is my first time to renew. Using windows vista.  

Running Webroot Secure AnyWhere Complete on Windows 10 without any problems.  I recently started using just the "Backup" portion of "Backup and Sync", since I only have one device. Now I need a tool to VERIFY the the files I have backed up to the Webroot cloud EQUAL the files I actually have on my PC... there are too many to check manually, especially with my tired old eyes. I do need SOME kind of verification process. Has anyone out there figured out how to do this?  Sounds like a quick and dirty app of some kind is needed. Thanks!

i been geting warnings on internet explorer and on firefox. they have gone as far to warn me not to buy anything online. is this normal, or should i be concerned? i  am trying to get a webroot tech to check it out. any other sudgestions while i wait for assistance?                                                                                               Chow

I am being attacked by something called ipy sheetinglulu   When I scan for it, the webroot & malwarebytes scan doesnt find anything.   When I go to my Task Manager, I cant find the process to end it.   Somehow, it's attached to my google.com browsing actions...everytime i open a new search or go somewhere on my google browser, the malwarebytes window pops up, with and ip addy, port ans  a message saying "OUTBOUND" and the alleged computer file that's infected.   PLEASE HELP !   Thanks for your assistance,   Mike Wilcox
