Trying to run Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 which has run on Windows 10 in the past.  Now I receive an error message, "Adobe Premiere Pro could not find any capable video play modules.  Please update your video display drivers and start again."  I have updated my video card drivers and followed recommendations from other Forums but still cannot get the program to run.  One of the suggestions I read mentioned blocks by security software.  My question is, does Webroot block the running of Adobe Premiere Pro CS6?

I am asking why, when the daily scan commences that it only scans approx 36K files? That doesn't seem like very much to me. Am I missing something here?

I know my password for the webroot website and the "security code" that goes with it. I have no problem logging into that website or this website at all.   What I've forgotten is the password that's actually in the program, located under Advanced Settings > Access Control. It restricts making changes to the program and accessing potentially malicious websites.   I can't change anything without entering this password, and I've forgotten what it is. I have no idea how to change this, there doesn't seem to be a prompt anywhere that allows me to send an email or anything. The only things I am able to recover is the password and "security code" for the website.   Please help me?

After upgrading to Windows 10, Webroot has begun blocking my first keystroke.  It's really annoying for passwords because you can't tell you are missing a letter.  It also seems to prevent a link within an email from launching an external instance of a site contained in the email.  How do I turn that feature off? When Whitelisting a program you can put inthe path to the program or folder but how do I obtain the 32 digit MD5 number from a program so I can use that instead?

I need to embed a group association into the wsasme.msi file before providing the installer to a client.   I've reviewed the documentation and tried to use Orca.exe to do so, and in my tests the endpoint is always added to the Default Group.   I've selected the group I want to specify, then from the Actions menu chose 'Deploy endpoints to this group' in order to obtain the group code.    I then tried setting the CMDLINE property in the .msi file to this: "SME,quiet,Group=-nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn" /qn /l*v %windir%wsa_install_log.txt   Trying to make this work, I've tried making the word group lower-case. I've tried removing everything after the quote marks (at the end of the Group code). I have a popular free screenshotter/uploader application and recently a user contacted me since the image captures came blank. After a lot of digging I found that Webroot's realtime protection is somehow intercepting the call to this Windows API function and the received image is blank. No errors whatsoever, the function completes and returns as normal, but the data is empty. After further digging I found that this happens only on a 32-bit process, but works normally on a 64-bit one. Running on Windows 10 x64. No warnings or any messages whatsoever from Webroot. Who do I ask about a false positive. I've been using the app for years. It was last updated on 4/11/2017. Today, 4/30, it came up positive. I don't think it is.

My Webroot settings won't let me click any boxes to put a checkmark and all of the checks I had are gone (all settings are unchecked), I see the red ! on the icon and it seems like there are threats to remove but I can't see any listed in the appropriate area also it won't scan any files. Any ideas? I think my computer has been hacked and I've got a lot of other weird issues as well that wiping and restoring it won't help. I'm using a 2016 Macbook Pro with macOS Sierra 10.12.4 but problems have been going on forever.  

Hi, I'm using Firefox 53.0 on  a Windows 10 computer. When I started Firefox this evening I found what seems to be a new version of password manager. Having used it for the past hour or so I have to tell you I absolutely hate it. I don't like the new interface, it's not so easy to use as the previous version and it doesn't work where the log on is onto a popup form(the previous version did work). Hello,   This morning on the Today show I heard about a scam by Hackers that holds your computer hostage. Apparently, this scam sends a spoof email from UPS or FedEx. When you click on it it locks up your computer. You get a red screen. You then need to pay $500 to unlock your computer. If you wait too long, you have to pay $1000. I am wondering if Webroot has a protection for this?

most noted is the Steam notibles...the Restart Helper was taken, OpenVR, SteamVR and now it's ringing every **bleep** minute on everything steam!   i'm the admin of the PC and there is no changes....something happened when in the last 24 hours as there was this yesterday

In light of recent events, our company is wondering how far off a localized admin console is for us? The ability to locally manage our endpoints while the Cloud struggles to push commands out is a pretty big sticking point on us renewing our sub to Webroot.  

What must I do to tranfer my subscription to a new computer? I don't have one yet but need to know when I get one.

Hi, I purchased a new Rockstar GTA 5 Game last week. It cost me a fair price. But I was not able to install it properly. My system configuration is   HP gaming laptop OMEN I5 Processor 16 GB Ram   I contacted HP Laptop Customer Support at this given URL. But they said that some of my antivirus features are blocking Game installation features. They checked my HP Laptop by remote assistance but were not able to do so. So how could I able to install my game in my system?    

Webroot is suddenly blocking Facebook.  Every time I try to go to the FB page, I get this message.  How to fix this?

I'm not finding my exact problem in the subjects. Our webroot for our pcs has been renewed and updated with no problems. Now, I'm getting notices that there is only one day to renew it on our Amazon Fires. When I tried to replace the keycode with the new one, it tells me that the keycode has already been registered. Yes, it was registered; on the pcs (two of them). I'm lost. The person who does all this for me is now on vacation, and I haven't a clue what to do. I found the keycode screen on my Fire by randomly pushing buttons, and now, I don't even remember how I did that.

How can I put the icon back into my toolbar?  When I updated my browser, the icon disappeared.

Need some advice on this: I am running SpyShelter along with Webroot. All processes are encrypted with SpyShelter and SpyShelter has hips. What is the community opinion on this....Is SpyShelter needed since I have Webroot???  Or does Webroot compliment Spyshelter??? Thanks again for the help;)
