  The program Driver Support has entered my pc. While not malware, it defies the routine Uninstall.   Can Webroot help remove this software as if it were malware ?

This is my first time with this software. I want to know how it has worked for others? Does it indeed provide adequate protection?Thanks in advance for your feedback!

How do I transfer remaining time from an old computer to a new computer?

When I checked my cking account today, I saw that $63.00 was withdrawn from it, I did not authorize this action. I did a while back re up webroot, but it has not been a year yet to re up already. I have been infected with the "video+ mediaplayer" malware virus and cannot remove.  This virus displays ads when clicking on links within other websites.  Quite annoying.    After several attempts I was successful in unistalling the program and I also, separately, deleted the folder associated with this virus within my 'Program Files (x86)' folder.  However, this has not elimnated my problem.   When a new 'ad' tab opens when clicking on a link - I do see something that says 'abradora' followed by the rest of the URL address and then it redirects.  The following is one of the ads that pops up https://www.bulletflix.com/signup

I have just looked at windows 7 performance information and tools. (Via control Panel) -  In the advanced section it is reported that webroot is contributing to slow start up. This surprises me. Does anyone have a comment to make on this?   I'm quite happy to remove and re-install if required -BUT - having done this on several of my computers WR reports that I have already exceeded my 3 licence permissions. A year ago, purchased WebRoot for 3 PCs from Geek Squad.  Received a better price from Amazon, so purchsaed there and just downloaded.  Have the keys, but cannot install as Geek Squad blocks.   Can someone assist?  < email snipped for privacy protection > B

I had to Pay $300 to a third party tech support, My Iyogi, the number listed for support on all thing web root related, when I still have 333 days left active on my subscription. I ran the scans and web root found nothing when their were more than 800 regristry errors! If web root can't find the problems what am I paying for?

When i search, how come i dont see the safety icons next to each web page link??  I can see them in my sons computer but, not on mine. These icons are usually to the left of the screen. Yesterday when I turned my computer on (Levovo, Idealpad U, OS, Windows 😎 I received a warning that stated the following:    There is a file or folder on your computer called c:program which could cause certain applications to not function correctly. Renaming it to c:program1 would solve this problem. Would you like to rename it now?   I’m not sure I should do this.   I contacted the GeekSquad through online chat and was advised that he they didn not see any indication that this error is from webroot but they also do not see where the error is coming from or what the source may be and the error it indicates doesn't actually exist.  So I brought him to file explorer and showed him the file/folder and the properties.  He maintained that this is not a Webroot issue even after I showed him the below properties.   Well, if this doesn’t belong to Webroot, then I’m assuming

How about 24/7 live tech support?  This company is going to grow like wildfire, so we should put 24/7 live tech support in place.   So far, I have found live tech support to be very helpful, although is seems like things are happening so quickly with this product that it's a learning process for everyone, including the tech reps.
