Some of you who are using windows 8 might find shutting down and other options in windows 8 a bit tangled. Moving your cursor to the right upper corner brings out the charms menu and  opening the Charms bar, clicking Settings, selecting the Power button and choosing 'Shut down', does the job normally.   Or from metro menu you can signout and you will see login page with shutdown button..   Still messy? For some weird reasons my windows 8 started showing the context menu and cascades to the left side. And after poking around a lot i figured it out.   To change context menu orientation :   1. Start the ‘Run’ command 2. Type in: shell:::{80F3F1D5-FECA-45F3-BC32-752C152E456E} – click on OK 3. This will start the Tablet PC Settings configuration dialog - even if you do not have a Tablet PC 4. Select the ‘Other’ tab 5. Under the ‘Handedness’ setting select: ‘Left-handed…’ – click on Apply and then Ok

I missed a few threads in Ideas Exchange forum because of subscriptions weren't made automatically when I replied. It means that I had to add subscriptions manually for all threads in Ideas Exchange where I had posted replies. However this is only happening in Ideas forum. In all other forums here on the Community subscriptions are made automatically when I make replies. To refute doubts, I have enabled "Automatically subscribe me to topics I participate in" in My Settings.   Is it a feature of Ideas forum or something is not working correctly on my end?
