I am unable to sign into my account. I just renewed my subscription and now I can’t get in.

  Apple has released macOS Big Sur beta 2 to users enrolled in the Mac developer beta testing program.   Separately, iOS 14 beta 2 and iPadOS 14 beta 2 are also available to beta testers for iPhone and iPad. MacOS Big Sur features a redesigned user interface, the addition of Control Center on the Mac, new Safari features including instant translation of languages, new features for the Messages app, and much more.   Does Webroot include a VPN security feature ?

This is the second time asking this, how can I tell what device is which when I log into webroot. there is 3 pics that look like like cameras. Please don’t send same link that explained absolutely nothing. All that disa was to make me not renew subscription in July.   Thanks

I have uninstalled Webroot Secure Anywhere on one of my PC and installed it in a new PC. The PC from where Webroot Secure Anywhere was old and has been retired. From the dashboard, I can’t remove this PC (Home->PC Security). I see the icon of the PC in question. Click opens another window (About & Scan Info).  How to remove this PC from the dashboard. Hello all! Yesterday Webroot has popup and says he found a malware/virus. It says “3DP Chip Lite” found as malware and delete it.   Later on I was looking for that exe file on the internet and it says it’s 3DP Chip is another useful program that will automatically detect and display the information on your CPU, motherboard, video card and sound card installed on your PC. You can also choose to copy these information into your clipboard with one click for later use (such as posting in a forum).   I don’t know why Webroot deleting all good stuff but missed well known malware?!

Hello Webroot friends! I was trying to install Webroot on Client PC and I couldn’t install because of an error which says:    So i tried this solution from command promt: - run CMD to access the command Prompt (if you started the PC from a Windows DVD/USB than press Shift+F10 to access the Command Prompt) - type bcdedit - copy the identifier code of damaged Windows - bcdedit -set {identifier code} nointegritychecks 1 - restart PC   But still without success. Other Antivirus programs like HitmanPro, Kaspersky, Bitdefender and others can be installed and work well, but not Webroot. Can anyone help me fast pls!

Hi my last post was answered  and  thanks for the input from everyone My problem now is that my secure everywhere is expiring soon on my android So I logged on to the site it asked for email and key code fine, but did not accept the newly purchased webroot What happened it reverted back to the old  webroot  that I just removed to install the new one thanks Tom

I have been receiving numerous robo calls saying my computer security is going out or business and i should ask for a refund...got my refund etc. I think this is a scam call I keep blocking but get calls anyways from different numbers???

Hello Webroot! I installed Webroot on my office PC and it found ShutDownTime.exe. It says its a Virus and put it to the quarantine. Same as from Registry: HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\run\ShutdownTime. Can you tell me is it False positive or no, because I did scan on Virus Total and its says like 20 of 60 that it is a virus. Other 40 like Kaspersky, Symantec etc..didn’t recognize as a Virus. I’m Wondering is it a real virus/malware or what ever? Thanks!

Nearly every time I boot up my computer these last couple weeks, Webroot tells me a threat has been detected. Yet after every scan, it says there were no threats found. Can anyone tell me what is happening and how to get rid of these false warnings?

I have tried to login numerous times and when it asks for the security code it won't take it.it used to ask for 1st & 3rd or 2nd & 4th, or something like that. Now it just asks for the code and then denies me. I changed the code then it wouldn’t take that code.

Help! Now i don’t just get the flag “ Need full disc access” Now i get under that message “Unable to use proxy settings” what next Webroot? What a mess! I hope you all realize your losing customers because of your not keeping up with apple changes. How sad thought you were a good company please prove it!

How do you get ahold of a technician about uninstalling Webroot?  I’m holding on the phone now for 30 minutes!  The computer said to go the support and request a phone call.  Can’t find where to do that.
